Clean, well decorated and appointed space - lots of little extras which made the trip even nicer like throws, thick towels, snacks, and even live plants. I especially appreciated the makeup mirror since I forgot my travel one. Responses from the host were timely. Great dog friendly small town!

We loved this place and will stay again BUT MY HUSBAND didn't put in the right dates. We thought we had it until Sunday They showed up to clean because they had another family show up they went out of the help me and I'm so thankful for them. I had 2 dogs and alot of luggage and no car because my husband was fishing. They loaded up their car and took us to another hotel. If you want someone who cares about your stay these are who you want to deal with. All i can say is THANK YOU

Excellent Stay at the Coral Cottage

We had a great time during our stay at the Coral Cottage. Laura was wonderful host, and her place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We didn't expect all the great beach gear to be supplied, including a huge cart! This made the short walk to the beach all the better. We look forward to future stays at the Coral Cottage.

Perfect!

We had a lovely time on our getaway in this lovely condo/townhome. It’s well located just blocks from the beach. It’s also a short walk to a park and two decent restaurants. It was beautifully updated and well equipped for our needs (we stay in for a lot of simple-to-prepare meals.) If we decide to visit Amelia Island again, we will be back to this “cottage.”

Cozy cottage blocks from the beach!

We had a wonderful stay and were impressed with the coastal design of the cottage, close proximity to the beach, and short car ride to the charming downtown area. The cottage had all the amenities and extras, everything to make us feel at home. Loved the coffee bar too! We are already thinking about our next trip back!

Great short stay

Check in was easy; it was nicely tended. The supplies available were very helpful especially for a short weekend. It meant we didn’t need to run out to the store when we already had limited time.

Perfect beach getaway

When you step into this condo the first impression is positive. It looks even better in person and so clean (lovely fragrance and spotless). Laura has considered every detail that a guest might need including basic cooking staples along with coffee and snacks. Beach gear is provided too and the beach is only a short walk. Fernandina Beach is very dog friendly so our dog had great beach walks too. We were totally comfortable here and would be happy to return!

Fantastic

We had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean, and decorated well. It was very spacious and love the coffee bar. The location was perfect, you can walk to the beach in minutes. The walk was pleasant, very accessible with our wagon. We enjoyed our trip so much, we plan on visiting again. Thank you for helping make our trip so memorable.

Weekend Retreat

I spent only two nights at the property, but enjoyed everything about it. It was quiet, clean, comfortable, cozy. It facilitated a nice opportunity to visit with out-of-town family member, prepare meals, and enjoy a happy hour on the patio. Proximity to beach access was also so convenient. Thank you!

Lovely, peaceful stay

We loved the decor and cleanliness of the property. It was very peaceful and just short walk to the beach! The beach is wide and uncrowded. We saw lots of dolphin and swam every day. The beach wagon provided was a big help to tow our gear. Beds were comfortable and all the necessary items and more were provided. Our pug enjoyed the vacation as well :) Thank you, and we hope to be back!

First Experience

This was my families first experience renting with just us and our kids. It was an incredibly easy process and the condo we stayed in was well above expectations. We had a small problem near the end of our stay and Laura was so quick to answer and get it fixed for us. Thanks for the lovely vacation!

Wonderful Vacation Property

This townhouse was the perfect place to stay while visiting Fernindina Beach. My second time staying in the same community and I chose this unit since it looked so nice online and allowed dogs. It did not disappoint and was just as lovely in person and it's beautifully renovated. It's a short walk to the beach and includes a pool and tennis court and is very close to everything. The owners provided beach towels, wagon, umbrella, chairs and other essentials, which made it very easy and we could leave a lot of our gear at home. We were very comfortable and the beds and bedding are great. There is a large sectional downstairs and large kitchen table. We had everything we needed for a great stay and I wouldn't hesitate to book again. The neighborhood and neighbors are also super friendly. I walked all over the area and we stored our bikes and floats in the back fenced area which was super convenient. Very nice vacation for the whole family, including two kids (14 and 12) and two pups. We hope to be back soon!
