Let our fully renovated and professionally decorated two bedroom, two bath condo be your best vacation ever to make your greatest memories! Escape to the beautiful emerald coast as you enjoy scenic sunrises and sunsets from your private balcony overlooking the idyllic emerald water and white sand beaches. With over 2000 feet of white sand beach frontage, there is plenty of room for beach chairs, sand castles, and playing in the sand and surf. Condo comes with in unit washer and dryer, wifi access, and cable TV.

Sleeping Arrangements
Our condo offers a king bed, a pyramid bunk bed (with extra trundle bed) in the guest room, and a sofa sleeper. Combined these can easily accommodate 8 people.

Property Highlights
The Majestic Sun provides access to two pools, a climate-controlled indoor/outdoor pool (heated in the winter) and an outdoor pool with a hot tub, a gulf front fitness facility, and gorgeous beach access. The Majestic Sun is also a part of the Seascape Resort which gives our guests access to the amenities provided by Seascape, including 5 additional outdoor swimming pools, basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts and golf. The condo complex is conveniently located on Scenic Gulf Drive—within walking distance to coffee, ice cream, and many dining options.

Beach getaway

We loved staying so close to this beautiful beach. We could walk right across the street and enjoy. The condo was absolutely great and I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was! At night you could hear the waves - highly recommend!

Great location. Beautiful views and amenities. We enjoyed our stay. The indoor pool was beautiful at night. The property was clean. Our unit was furnished nicely and I would recommend to anyone! The only negative was one elevator was not running, so they were somewhat slower than usual.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo for the views. The location is great. The balcony is huge with pretty good sound proof glass. A few complaints on the amenities. The bedding is definitely lackluster and thin. The couch is stained, but still comfortable. Also, there was no complimentary coffee for the coffee pot, which is not a big deal as this is not a hotel. However, there is no coffee within a five minute walking distance so for my husband this was slightly inconvenient.

Great view pricey add-on fees with annoying small issues

Advertised for $200/day plus $250 cleaning $150 reservation fee Plus $73 third party fee. Microwave turntable didn't work almost catching fire first time, left sink wouldn't drain, hairdryer didn't work, air filter hadn't been changed in 8 months and AC fan sounded like a 747 taking off so much you couldn't hold a normal conversation but...it had a lovely view, nice furniture, great beds, dishwasher, coffee maker, washer/dryer worked fine. It was nice and clean, tv's worked in two of three rooms (no batteries in remote in one), great balcony, fridge worked. Restaurants nearby with great seafood, Itlalian, French -- really enjoyed it. Beach was superb.

Great view, but unit needs work!

Zero extras. The location is great, views are lovely, but it needs a LOT of work! The unit is in serious need of a deep cleaning. The couch needs to be completely replaced. Cushions are shot and it's covered in stains. Door hinges are badly rusted and sand is in every corner. Curtains are ripped, refrigerator drawers are broken, wicker furniture is badly worn, and the only comfortable chairs are on the balcony. There weren't enough towels for 4 people. (Only 3 bath towels, one hand towel, one face towel, one dish towel.) We had to buy toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels, bath and kitchen towels and hangers too. There were no blankets except duvet covers. There was no fan. There were no sharp knives in the kitchen. The balcony view is great, but it's extremely noisy with constant traffic, helicopters and planes passing by. The king size mattress was good, but the wood bed frame pops and creaks with even the slightest movements. The food pantry closet was good storage space, but was filthy. The washer and dryer were perfect, and we appreciated it! Teens said the bunk beds were okay. Location (parking, pool, ice cream shop, beach proximity) is great, but wouldn't recommend going on a holiday weekend. Will not return or recommend without significant improvements.
