Tidewater 507 - Mise à jour de l'unité Front du Golfe

Tidewater est l'un des complexes de location les plus populaires d'Orange Beach. Offrant une vue imprenable sur le golfe et le col de Perdido, une belle plage de sable blanc et un ensemble d'agréments haut de gamme. L'unité est joliment décorée avec tout le confort de la maison, y compris 50 "TV écran plat dans le salon et DVD / TV dans chaque chambre, Internet sans fil. Tidewater offre un excellent emplacement, à distance de marche de nombreux restaurants et activités.

Tidewater propose une belle piscine extérieure, une piscine intérieure, un bain à remous, un sauna, une salle de remise en forme, une entrée et un hall couverts, un barbecue et une aire de pique-nique et bien plus encore.

Cette unité au 5e étage (# 507) est magnifiquement meublée et le propriétaire entretient l'unité impeccablement. Il a des lits superposés intégrés dans le couloir pour un espace de couchage supplémentaire, ainsi qu'un canapé-lit dans le salon (6 couchages). L'unité a été totalement mise à niveau par rapport aux unités `` normales '' du bâtiment, y compris les téléviseurs / dvd / stéréo 37 'et 27' (dans la chambre), les comptoirs en granit, Internet sans fil et via un modem et bien plus encore!

Gorgeous view of the ocean, cozy and clean condo, kitchen was the most well stocked of all the beach places we have visited! We are not crowd people but went during spring break and it definitely was a more family friendly atmosphere. The property managers said that orange beach tries really hard to keep a good reputation and follows the 10pm noise ordinance, and we loved that. Would happily recommend this place!

The view from the balcony was great, the walk to the beach was easy, and the pool was never overcrowded. If we had more than 3 people (adults), it would’ve been pretty tight, but the space was perfect for a weekend girls trip! They had everything we needed in the kitchen, and we had no issues during our stay.

This was a great condo for me and my family (4 of us total- that eventually came down). It’s in a great location. It’s not one of the massive condo properties so that’s nice too. Owners were super to work with and we hope to return to this same place in the future.

Bedroom is very small, like 10x10 and the bed takes up too much room. Bed itself was soft and sunk in a bit. Lock on door is tricky and there is no lock on the balcony door. Also there was no extra trash bags or toilet paper provided. The beach and location, pool etc were great. The gym is in the pool area and does not open until 8am

Great view and very convenient to everything!!! Perfect amount of space for 5 girls!!

The condo had great views of the gulf and was in a perfect location! We were able to get around very easily whether it was going out to eat, getting groceries, or going out at night!! We had no problems with the condo- the instructions were clearly stated so that we knew how to get in, work the WiFi, etc! We did have to buy necessities such as trash bags and toilet paper as that was not provided in the condo! But other than that everything was great!

"The best surprise is no surprise"

We've stayed at this property before and like the location and the size of the unit for a couple with modest needs. Tidewater is smaller than most of the big multistory units on the beach, around 13-14 floors if I recall. But nicely maintained and near the Perdido Pass area of Orange Beach. We didn't have any interaction with the Cranston's this trip, but they are good people who take care of their properties. And the weather was kind to us this trip, which isn't always a guarantee in March. Looking forward to coming back soon! (But the fish weren't biting, my surf casting attempts rolled snake eyes this year.)

Property was clean. Convenient location. Good access to pools and beach. Enjoyed that there was a couple of bunk beds in addition to bedroom. That was nice for the one child we had traveling with us! We had trouble getting the shower to work and never managed to make that happen. Also had some trouble figuring out TV remotes. There was not a space available to store groceries. No paper towels, garbage bags or dish detergent was available.

Good location

The location was great, close to stores. I cleaned the kitchen after arriving because it did not seem sanity. No chairs or umbrellas for this condo. We had to go buy and air up mattress because the sofa bed was horrible. The shower/tub wouldnt drain and had so much mold on the shower curtain at the bottom. The last few nights the A/C seemed like it wasnt working. We stuck to the blackets at night because it was so humid and hot. We changed the air filter, was caked and filthy. We still enjoyed our stay, being right on the beach was lovely.

We have two beautiful daughters, Isabella and Gabrielle. Since that time we have owned a number of condominiums in the area over the years. We currently reside locally in Craft Farms Golf community.

We love the location of Tidewater. It is just west of Perdido Pass, directly on the beach. It is beautiful sitting on the balcony and watching the boats go in and out of the Pass. The complex is walking distance to several restaurants. The complex also offers great amenities which include indoor/outdoor pools, hot tub, sauna, fitness room and a lighted barbeque area. Come and enjoy the wide beach and surf.
