Phoenix VII is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.



This 1BR Phoenix VII condo is one of the best on the beach! Ideal for a couple or a small family. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, wally ball, indoor heated pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court , beach volleyball and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbq'ing.



Come relax on the 5th floor balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf perfectly located above the outdoor pool. The condo has one full bath off the master and the master bedroom has a king size bed and the living room has a queen sofa sleeper. There is a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and custom cabinets. The living room has a 50” Smart TV and the bedroom has a 32” Smart TV. It also has a full size washer and dryer. This condo is 800 sq ft, with tile floors throughout, and located near the elevators on the fifth floor. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.

This is a non-smoking unit and no pets allowed.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Parking: You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the parking passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Parking pass fees are based on length of stay; 1 night is $40, 2-10 nights is $65, 11-31 nights is $110, 32-61 nights is $160, 62+ nights is $210. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

The condo and property were clean and well maintained. The beach and the ocean were amazing all week with beautiful endless views. We love OB and this Phoenix was just as expected. I would love to be back there now! I did not need to contact the host but booking was smooth and check-in as expected!

The room was great. The view was amazing!! The only issue we had was with the tv. The sound would come on and off as you were watching and many times programs would buffer. Everything b else was great! Thabks

Front desk gentleman was jut phenomenal. He went above and beyond getting us checked in and helped us with directions. Wish I could experience more like him. We did have shower problems but the person that helped was patient and knowledgeable. They worked through the problem and we were finally able to solve the problem. Thanks

The rental was nice, small, but for two people we had everything we needed. Location was perfect. I would love to say we'd be repeats but having to pay for parking, 40 for one night 65 for 3 or 4, 3 for us is a deal breaker. We booked one day ahead so we didn't know about the parking fees until it was too late to cancel.

Location, beach, room and view are all fantastic. Close to super market and several restaurants. Check in and out were easy. Front desk was helpful when needed. Would be a 5 star except for the wifi issues. Wifi was down regularly throughout our stay, sometimes for hours.

The parking lot was having major maintenance work being done including work on the water main which was a bit of an inconvenience, albeit understandable. That was the only slightly negative aspect of our stay. Everything else was excellent.

Family getaway

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic! The condo was great! My kids did not even want to leave for dinner. So we spent our whole stay at the beach, pool, and cooking at the condo and grills around the pool. The set up is very kid friendly! Would highly recommend staying here!

Great Stay!

This condo is everything we were hoping for. It was close to everything. It was so clean and it had a beautiful view. We loved that it had multiple elevators which made your wait times low. The mattress was very comfortable which is always a win in my book and the kitchen was very stocked.We would absolutely stay here again.

Great place

This condo was great and so was the complex. There is so much to do and the beach is right there. The condo was as listed and kept up. We hope to bring our kids with us and stay here again in the future!
