Phoenix VII is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.



This 1BR Phoenix VII condo is one of the best on the beach! Ideal for a couple or a small family. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, wally ball, indoor heated pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court , beach volleyball and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbq'ing.



Come relax on the 5th floor balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf perfectly located above the outdoor pool. The condo has one full bath off the master and the master bedroom has a king size bed and the living room has a queen sofa sleeper. There is a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and custom cabinets. The living room has a 50” Smart TV and the bedroom has a 32” Smart TV. It also has a full size washer and dryer. This condo is 800 sq ft, with tile floors throughout, and located near the elevators on the fifth floor. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.

This is a non-smoking unit and no pets allowed.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Parking: You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the parking passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Parking pass fees are based on length of stay; 1 night is $40, 2-10 nights is $65, 11-31 nights is $110, 32-61 nights is $160, 62+ nights is $210. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Location, beach, room and view are all fantastic. Close to super market and several restaurants. Check in and out were easy. Front desk was helpful when needed. Would be a 5 star except for the wifi issues. Wifi was down regularly throughout our stay, sometimes for hours.

Property wad nice. Could supply a little more items in your starter pack such as luquid dish washing soap and shampoo and conditioner as well as garbage bags and toilet paper. However we still enjoyed our stay and would stay at Phoenix VII again.!

Family getaway

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic! The condo was great! My kids did not even want to leave for dinner. So we spent our whole stay at the beach, pool, and cooking at the condo and grills around the pool. The set up is very kid friendly! Would highly recommend staying here!

Great Stay!

This condo is everything we were hoping for. It was close to everything. It was so clean and it had a beautiful view. We loved that it had multiple elevators which made your wait times low. The mattress was very comfortable which is always a win in my book and the kitchen was very stocked.We would absolutely stay here again.

Great place

This condo was great and so was the complex. There is so much to do and the beach is right there. The condo was as listed and kept up. We hope to bring our kids with us and stay here again in the future!

Wonderful condo! Fabulous view! Comfy bed! Home -away- from-home! 5th floor provides quick commute to beach and over looks the pool and gulf. Terrace is a great place to relax. Easy access to amenities! Beach life is the best!

Check in was easy. Parking was a separate charge. Condo was clean. Could use a little more attention to detail for cleaning some surfaces. Pull out couch and mattress on bed probably needs to replaced. View is gorgeous. Pool is very nice and large. We didn’t use the kitchen but there could be more items to use for cooking. There wasn’t any games, cards, etc. I know these items aren’t required but we always enjoy when we find them. We did leave a pack of playing cards for the next family to use. Overall, a nice place. Just needs some upgrades.

We enjoyed our stay. Unit presents as described online. Bed was comfy. Kitchen well stocked. You do have to hold down the handle for the toilet to flush properly and the bath sink drains slow. It was not bad enough to require attention during our stay. Just something the owner may want to have checked.

Five star condo

Condo was clean and just as pictured. Amazing view. Fast internet. King size bed that slept amazing. Condo had everything we needed. Elevators were fast. Only time we had to wait was during checkin and our times
 which is expected and understandable
 even during then it was only for a short time. Pools were awesome also, and the board walk to the beach made the walk so much easier. Host was very responsive to any questions we had. Great restaurants close. The Shrimp Basket and Daisy Donuts are a must! We will definitely refer and stay again. We enjoyed our stay!

Having never been here, I was very pleased with the check in. The lady at the the desk was extremely pleasant. The lobby was nice and open. Upon entering the room, we were sooo pleased to see how very clean it was! Very nice! Really was pleased. Very easy elevator access, and being on the 5th floor, there was never a wait in the elevator. Only one negative was that the Ice maker did not work. I never called about this issue, so I cannot complain. We used the ice trays. And there is ice to purchase on site. Overall, would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Beachfront Condo – Perfect for a Family Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this one-bedroom, one-bath beachfront condo as a family of four, and it was the perfect setup for a week-long getaway. The space was clean, comfortable, and had all the conveniences we needed. The main bed was cozy, and our teenage daughters had no complaints about the pull-out couch—so we’ll call that a win!The kitchen was well-equipped, and all appliances worked as expected, which made prepping meals and snacks a breeze. We did notice the laundry doors were a bit off-track, but it didn’t affect their usability and was a very minor issue.The highlight was the view, absolutely stunning oceanfront scenery right from the balcony. We often spotted dolphins in the mornings while sipping our coffee, which was a peaceful and memorable way to start the day.The unit is conveniently located directly in front of the elevators, which made unloading and daily comings and goings simple. That said, we often took the stairs just because we were eager to get to the beach but wait times weren’t bad at all.There was a bit of noise from the pool area however, once the balcony doors were closed, it was quiet inside. We actually appreciated the view overlooking the pool, so we could keep an eye on our teens from above, it gave us peace of mind while still letting them enjoy some independence.Overall, this was a fantastic find and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Unexpected issues

At first, the condo appeared sufficient and hassle free but the door to the condo had large peeling paint spots. And, the longer we stayed the more issues we noticed. The kitchen was clean but knobs fell off cabinets and one cabinet had a missing knob. The toilet continuously required plunging. A knob was also missing on a cabinet under the sink. The garbage disposal did not work until my husband had to get it unstuck. Several places around the baseboards had cracked or bare spots. The bathroom sink does not drain properly and seemed to be clogged at times. Lastly, the washing machine sounded as if it was about to explode on the spin cycle. I expected a much nicer condo for the price and location. I’m my opinion, the condo is being neglected and rented too frequently and repairs are not being done.
