Appartement a planchers de bois franc et de granit, haut plafond, unité lumineuse, face à Broadway.
Il est situé au troisième étage d'un immeuble sans ascenseur.

LE SALON comprend une grande télévision, un lecteur DVD, un canapé, un fauteuil, une table basse et une table pouvant accueillir 4 personnes.

CHAMBRE PRINCIPALE équipée d'un lit queen size, table de nuit, commode avec miroir, placard et un espace de rangement.

DEUXIÈME CHAMBRE équipée de deux lits simples, table de nuit, commode avec miroir, placard et un espace de rangement.
Des lits gigognes sont disponibles sur demande.

CUISINE est entièrement équipée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable: micro-ondes, cuisinière, grille-pain, ainsi que des ustensiles, verres, mixeur, assiettes, casseroles / poêles et cafetière. Fantastic apartment great location

Great apartment, well presented very clean and comfortable. Ideal location 20 min direct train ride into Times square. Astoria, great, friendly neighborhood, restaurants, shops. Ideal place to stay if visiting NYC, we are family of 4 and felt very safe and welcome.

Great apartment for family in an amazing neighborhood of Astoria, Queens

The apartment is a prime location for access to the best of Astoria and get a feel of living in a diverse and bustling NYC neighborhood. The rooms with its vast windows provides great views of buildings of LIC and Central Park S. Just off the apartment is Broadway where one can indulge in great food of various cuisines and shop for daily needs, groceries, etc. The N/W train is just 5-10 mins walk from the apartment which can be taken to other part of Queens, BK, Manhattan, etc. Additionally, there is the option to also take the NY Ferry from Astoria Terminal just a short walk / car ride away. A short train / car ride takes you to Ditmars Blvd with its great restaurants and also path to Astoria Park for a great relaxing morning / evening walk. This was a great place for the family and we enjoyed our stay. Anna responded to every queries promptly and we did not have any issues. Hope to be back.

BIEN-ETRE, APPARTEMENT SPACIEUX DANS UN QUARTIER VIVANT PARFOIS BRUYANT

Appartement spacieux bien équipé, dans un quartier agréable à vivre avec tous les commerces et restaurants nécessaires et très proche du métro. Par contre, pas très bien insonorisé et au début, difficile de bien dormir avec la circulation. Prendre en compte aussi que l'appartement est au 2ème sans ascenseur avec un escalier très abrupte, ce qui est sans problème pour une famille avec enfants de plus de 7 - 8 ans autonomes pour monter et descendre les escaliers mais par contre impossible pour quelqu'un qui a des problèmes de mobilité. Anna, la personne qui gère la location est très disponible, est intervenue rapidement à chacune de nos demandes, très appréciable. Très content du séjour.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Astoria! Nous étions 5 adultes et très heureux de rentrer "chez nous" le soir après nos journées bien remplies!!! Le métro est juste au bout de la rue, et le quartier est très animé (restaurants, bars, magasins ouverts 24h,laveries...).L'appartement est propre, spacieux et lumineux, aussi bien que sur les photos!! les chambres sont agréables avec une très bonne literie, du linge de qualité. Les salles de bain sont propres et fonctionnelles. La cuisine est très bien équipée avec tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. Tout est parfait, rien à redire! Je le conseillerais à mes amis et famille et pourquoi pas y revenir! Merci à Anna .

J’ai sejourné pendant 10 jours,c’etait vraiment parfait. Du vrai professionnalisme de la part d’Anna. Appartement propre, tout à disposition, Anna toujours disponible quelque soit le moment. L’appartement est à 5 min à pied de la station de métro Broadway. Je recommande vivement à tous!!

Outstanding three month stay

My son and his roommate studied in New York for a semester, and this was the perfect place for them. Easy, quick commute to Manhattan; large, clean space, fully stocked kitchen, and laundry close by; several suitable groceries stores within two blocks; great restaurants, and beautiful parks not far away. The Subway station is less than a five minute walk! The apartment is even better than it seems in the photos and could easily sleep a family or two. The landlord is kind and very responsive. Altogether, a terrific experience.

Great place + neighborhood!

Stayed here with my partner before we moved into a long-term apartment. The apartment is really spacious with 2bd/2ba and an extra laundry folding room that can be used for storage. The kitchen is well-stocked and wifi works great. Anna, our host, was also really hospitable and responsive to us during our stay. In terms of the neighborhood, I hadn't spent much time in Astoria before, but it is really awesome -- so many restaurants, cafes and the subway are right there. You've also got 3 supermarkets within a 5 minute walk.

Terrific spot in Astoria

The apartment is terrific. Spacious and well appointed. Everything you need. Get location. Near the subway to Manhattan. Surrounded by wonderful restaurants. Owner is super responsive.

Hyggelig lejlighed

Lejligheden er fin med god plads og godt køkken samt 2 badeværelser. Ligger fint i Astoria centrum forhold til Subway. Omkring 20 minutter med toget til Times Square. Der er dog meget store støjgener fra vejene, idet lejligheden ligger på 1 salen lige i krydset af det mest befærdede sted i Astoria. Konstant larm fra dyttende biler, udrykninger mv. Også en del om natten. Lejligheden mangler også gardiner, der kan trækkes helt for, så gadelyset ikke vælter ind om natten. Så desværre kan man ikke anbefale denne lejlighed med mindre, man ikke er støjfølsom.

Highly Recommend

We had a fabulous weekend visiting our son. Anna's property is very comfortable, spacious and well maintained. We only had one minor issue when we arrived. A quick message to Anna and she took care of it immediately. The building is very quiet, we did not hear any noise for the other tenants. The neighborhood is very active. Great restaurants within a short walk. Our first night we even found a restaurant just a block away that had a band playing. Even though we were tired from traveling all day we stayed up late enjoying the music. There are plenty of grocery stores an easy walk from the apt. One is directly across the intersection from the entrance. Several Organic grocery stores & restaurants close by as well, which we were very happy about. The stairs to the Apt are pretty steep, just make sure everyone in your party is in fairly good shape for the climb. You won't have to worry about missing out on your workout while staying there ;-) Enjoy!

Very comfortable apartment

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment. We enjoyed being in a more residential area and there were good restaurants and diners close by. As well as an easy subway journey we enjoyed getting the ferry in from Astoria to Manhattan which gave great views of New York .

Great place!

Everything was fantastic for our party of 6 girl's weekend at Anna's property. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The sitting area was a nice space for us to hang out in. There was a modified weekend schedule for the subway, so it didn't stop at the closest stop but walking wasn't a big deal.

The real deal

Believe all the other positive reviews here! We had an exceptional stay at Anna's apartment. It served as the prefect home base during our week in New York. The apartment is very large, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Yes, the stairs are definitely something to keep in mind--if you don't have the ability to climb three flights, then you will want to think twice. But if you can handle subway stairs, then you'll be fine here. The apartment is a quick walk from the N/W train, and it was easy to get into the city. Depending on where in Manhattan you want to go and how often the trains are running it takes about 25-35 minutes to get to the major areas. We fell in love with the neighborhood and enjoyed seeing how the street changed each evening that we came back. There are excellent breakfast and dinner options within blocks of the apartment and I'm sad that we weren't able to try more. There is some city noise if you have the windows open, but it's not much more than people passing by and the occasional loud car going by. (Granted, we live in a city ourselves so we may be more desensitized.) Check-in and all communication with Anna went smoothly. She responded to everything we needed in a timely manner. Highly recommended--hope to return soon!

Family vacation to NYC

The apartment is very clean and comfortable. My wife, myself, and our three teenagers enjoyed using the apartment last week as we visited NYC. Everything was great with the apartment, but I would not recommend for someone who has difficulty using stairs. The views of the Manhattan skyline from the third-floor apartment were great. The access to the nearest Metro station was a short five-minute walk. The sidewalks are well-lit and lined with stores and restaurants. We felt safe while walking to and from the Metro station - even after midnight. The apartment has coded entry to the building and to the third-floor apartment hallway access. Anna was great to deal with. I had one issue with the code when we arrived. She answered the first call and took care of the issue immediately. The apartment had all of the amenities as described and we enjoyed staying there. I would definitely recommend to families that want to visit NYC.

The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. Cheaper than a hotel and a great location. A short walk from the N W trains that can get you almost anywhere in Manahattan. Had a brief issue with the code access and Anna was available to resolve immediately. You will love this place

A taste of New York

Very handy to subway which gives easy access to all of Manhattan. Metro card well worth the money. Plenty of places to eat. Recommend Trestle for very good service and lovely food.

Awesome experience!

Totally satisfied with our stay, Anna is so nice, she answered all of our questions. The apartment is in excellent condition and location, just a few minutes from the subway, there's a grocery store across the street. All this amenities made our vacations an unforgettable experience. 100% recommended!!

Appartamento ottimo, molto grande e con tutto il necessario. Metro a 200 mt e tanti negozi vicini. Abbiamo avuto un problema all’arrivo per un refuso di email inviataci il numero di appartamento era sbagliato. la proprietaria non era in città e non rispondeva al telefono siamo stati purtoppo 2 ore fuori al portone. Poi tutto risolto. Consigliato!!!!
