The location is amazing! Walking distance from the famous Astoria Park, Steinway Street, and Broadway. There are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, and delis within walking distance.

I was told the water would be turned up, it was cold. Was told that nobody else had issues but the second night, after “turning it up” it was 84.5 degrees. Other than that, it was clean and a place to sleep.

The description and pictures of the listing are spot on. The distance to the subway is 9 mns per Google and very easy to get there. The subway lines took you right into the city. Clean, pleasant place, great shower, quiet neighborhood.

Excelente lugar, cómodo para 2 adultos 1 niño. Tiene una cama queen size y te proporciona 1 cama individual inflable. Te proporciona todo lo necesario para tu estancia. Incluso puedes coxinar tus alimentos con facilidad. Esta muy cerca del metro como a unas 5 calles. Aunque esta un poco retirado de Manhattan El único inconveniente el acceso tiene unas escaleras un poco inclinadas y en nuestro caso con niño pequeño y carreola se complicaba un poco. Pero nos adaptamos fácil.

It was a nice little apartment and location.Parking got me a little jumbled. But it was okay. Street parking wasn’t terrible.Everything’s very easily accessible in the area.Great place to stay !

To early for Business. Apartment not finished interior. No dresses for the bedrooms no amenities. Construction noise first thing in the morning. No Bath Soap Location is good. Overall it will be nice when the work is finished.

Beautifully renovated property in LIC/Astoria. Be prepared to walk to the Subway and Attractions, but otherwise excellent. If you’re not familiar with the area, this place may not be for you- the neighborhood is partway through the gentrification process.

Not at all what we had hoped or expected

We were quite disappointed with this stayCons: For starters the address listed in VRBO was inaccurate. After we reserved the place and got the new address, I immediately checked on G oogle maps and contacted host and shared my concern with the exterior of home and boarded up windows. I asked the square footage of apartment and was told they didn't know. It was quite small. I would have preferred a hotel suite. I also asked how far from JFK and was told 20-25 minutes. We arrived on off peak times and it was still 50 minutes and 80 dollars. We then tried to go into city. Host has it listed as 15 minutes to Manhattan. The quickest routebafyerb4!days of travelling back and forth was 32 minutes and that's after a 10 minute walk to a train. There was also two centipede type bugs found in apartment. Have photos. Pros: nice beds, plenty of towels, nice bathroom, nice flooring and lighting.
