One of my favorite aspects of this neighborhood is its perfect balance of calm and convenience. You can enjoy leisurely walks to the nearby beaches, where the soft sand and gentle waves invite you to soak in the sun. This property has a breathtaking private beach. Also, just a short distance away, you’ll find a variety of restaurants offering delicious local cuisine, as well as grocery stores for any essentials you may need.

For those interested in a bit of excitement, the casinos are also close by, the closest one is a two-minute walk providing fun entertainment options. Plus, with the airport just under 10 minutes away, your travels will be hassle-free.

And don’t miss out on Maho Beach to watch the airplane land and take off! Its stunning scenery and vibrant atmosphere make it a must-visit spot.
