Welcome to Kingswood Escape, your ideal Tahoe retreat. This is the best location and a stunning home in the Kingswood Estates Subdivision. Nestled amidst the stunning scenery of Lake Tahoe, this property promises both relaxation and adventure, with close proximity to the North Tahoe Regional Park, hiking trails and the lake.

For families or larger groups, the bunkbed room featuring two queens provides a cozy retreat for all. Meanwhile, the master bedroom offers a touch of indulgence with its private deck, where you can sip your morning coffee and breathe the fresh mountain air. The master also has a beautiful 2-person shower with a built-in steam system for after skiing.

With a large kitchen and bar area, hosting up to 12 people is a breeze. Entertainment awaits in the bar area, complete with its own refrigerator to keep your beverages chilled. Whether you're mixing cocktails or enjoying a casual evening in, this space sets the stage for memorable moments with loved ones.

When it's time to explore, Kingswood Escape places you at the heart of Tahoe's excitement. From skiing and snowboarding in the winter to hiking and water sports in the summer, there's no shortage of outdoor activities to enjoy just moments from your doorstep. And with the charming town of King's Beach nearby, you'll find plenty of dining and shopping options to complete your Tahoe experience.

PLEASE NOTE:
Wells & Bennett Realtors requires $500 of your reservation total due upon booking and the remainder due sixty days prior to check-in.

Cancellation Policy / Cancellation fee: If cancellation is made more than 60 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will be applied.
If the cancellation is made within 60 (or less) days of arrival, the entire rent will be retained unless Wells and Bennett Realtors is able to re-rent the specified property.
If the property is re-rented, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will still apply, but the remainder of rent will be refunded after the replacement guests have checked out.

Perfect Spot
We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful or smoother stay. The property management was great with all of my questions leading up to the trip. Although there was a lot of snow, the roads were clear, and we were able to slide in. Check in with smooth and easy, even though we arrived late in the day. There was plenty of room for our two families. The hot tub was fantastic, the neighborhood was peaceful, the hiking trails were great, and the location was ideal- Right between the lake and the ski resort. Everyone had a great time. We will definitely be back.

The house is very spacious and beautiful. We were wowed by how big the rooms are, clean and super comfortable pillows! Property management was beyond excellent!

Amazing Tahoe Vacation
We loved our stay and want to come back again! Lots of room for my family & friends! Beds for everyone and TVs in most of the rooms. It was a nice touch to have a Sony PlayStation 5 and Disney+ for the kids. So great to have a hot tub with outdoor heaters on the covered patio. The steam shower in the master suite was a nice surprise and the main bedroom was spacious like a hotel room. There’s a room downstairs that’s like its own suite with a mini kitchen and table. How great was it that we could walk out the front door right across the street to an awesome regional park with an easy walking path. The drive is easy to the local grocery store and restaurants right along the lake. We headed to Truckee for a day of shopping and stopped along the way to check out North Star Ski resort. The shuttle to North Star stops at the end of the street at Highway 267. The check-in process was easy, with lot’s of communication along the way. Great place!
