The space

Our open-concept space features a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room ideal for families or groups to cook, dine, and unwind together. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee pot, Keurig (with ground coffee, K-cups, tea varieties, cream & sugar), tea kettle, microwave, toaster, two ovens, pizza stone, and all the essentials like dinnerware, wine glasses (in the china cabinet), utensils, pots/pans, and more. Sit down at the dining table (seats 6) or gather at the island (4 stools) for casual meals and conversation.

The cozy living room features a smart TV and board games for laid-back evenings in. The indoor fireplace is not for guest use for safety reasons.

Bedroom 1: Queen bed with attached full bathroom (shower), blackout curtains, sound machine/alarm clock, full closet, luggage rack, smart TV, iron, steamer & ironing board, and all linens provided.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed with blackout curtains, full closet, sound machine/alarm clock, luggage rack, smart TV.

Bedroom 3: Two twin beds, smart TV, closet, and luggage rack.

Primary Bathroom (ensuite): Spacious shower, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hand soap, hair dryer, and towels provided.

Second Bathroom: Shower/tub combo, same toiletries and towel sets included.

Laundry room: Washer/dryer, detergent provided.

Step out onto the large deck where you can enjoy meals (table for 6), relax on the outdoor couch and read a book, or start your morning out with yoga with a view. Enjoy a soak in the 7-person hot tub, roast marshmallows at the firepit (firewood included), or play a few rounds of corn hole or kan jam. A Weber grill with propane (and a back-up tank) is ready for summer cookouts.

Hot tub towels, garbage bags, plastic bags, paper towels, sponges, dish soap, and more are stocked to make your stay stress-free.

Guests will have access to the main floor of home (1700 sq feet) and the outdoor areas. Guests will not have access to the garage or the unfinished basement.
