Si vous voulez être au cœur de la ville et marcher n'importe où, c'est tout. Il est sur le premier bloc, à quelques pas du sable et à quelques pas de n'importe quel restaurant ou bar. Juste à côté de la Catalina Island Conservancy si facile si vous voulez une visite ou un événement. Deux belles terrasses, vous pouvez prendre un verre et profiter de la vue ou regarder les gens. Tout refait à neuf, bien tout. Son partout avec écran plat bluray et station d'accueil mp3. C'est techniquement une chambre à coucher mais c'est 1100 pieds carrés avec deux euroloungers qui se déplient et tous les draps / serviettes inclus. C'est un endroit amusant où aller et vous allez l'adorer, nous le faisons.

NOUVELLE POLITIQUE, AUCUN REMBOURSEMENT EN RAISON DE L'ANNULATION. Désolé, ça devenait une douleur dans le cou. VRBO propose une assurance voyage.

If you use the toys kayaks etc. brush the sand off of them before you put them away. Please leave the toy room in better condition than you found it. The Maids don't clean the toy room so thanks for helping with that. Please be respectful with noise. No parties are allowed. Never allow other people to be in the house without you being present.

The location and house were perfect. Right next to shops, restaurants and the beach. The house is one bedroom, with a sofa bed in the kitchen area. Kitchen fully stocked. The water toys and bikes were a huge bonus. Beautiful home and Marty is kind and very responsive.

Marty was communicative and helpful and the space was perfect for our family of 4 (the two bathrooms, both with showers, were really helpful!). Right near the beach and downtown strip, easy walk from the ferry, very comfortable and clean space with two nice balconies with chairs for relaxing. The kayaks, bikes, beach chairs and SUPs especially made for a wonderful time! Would strongly recommend this space and hope to return myself soon.

This place was everything we needed. So close to everything. Marty was extremely accommodating and very responsive to texts. Perfect retreat for our small family. The toy room has kayaks, paddle boards and so many beach related items to use. Highly recommend!!

The host was excellent. We enjoyed our stay so much and everything was great. We loved the location and being able to people watch from our decks. It was so nice to head out by foot and get to wherever we wanted to go. It was so excellent that he bothered to inform us that we did not have to leave until we caught our Catalina Flyer later in the day since the cleaning lady would not be there until the next day. We certainly enjoyed our stay at the Yellow House! Thank you for your great hospitality!

I will always book this if it is available on any return trips to Avalon. It is wonderful, close to the Catalina Express dock, just a block off Crescent, and even has bikes, kayaks and paddle boards free for guests to use. The rental was very clean, very quiet, especially when the traffic going by on the street ended in the evening, had new upstairs and downstairs air conditioners and a new refrigerator. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we loved the decor. Very interesting and charming. I have nothing but good things to say about this rental. Just loved staying here! Marty was very friendly and helpful in his communications. Thanks for a fantastic stay on Catalina Island!

We had an excellent stay! The location couldn’t be more perfect for exploring Avalon! The double balconies with sea view were a nice bonus. The house is very well appointed for relaxing, cooking and even watching movies. Very Clean and comfortable. Marty had excellent communication and was a very welcoming and helpful host. I really couldn’t recommend his place more!

Hands down the best property I’ve ever rented in Catalina Island. The combination of cleanliness, responsiveness from the owner, location and the toy room with bikes, kayak, SUPs, etc, made up a great experience. Another great trip to Avalon, love this place. Excellent communication with Marty on a small glitch, he responded immediately and solved the problem within minutes. Most of the rentals here are 50-100 years old, so remodeling that is done well is a must. This place is done beautifully.

Did a total remodel very recent. Everything is in great shape, read the reviews. Everybody loves this place.
