Beach house dreams become a reality in Oasis by the Sea. This tri-level Destin, Florida, luxury vacation rental is just perfect for multiple families. Located in the Destiny by the Sea gated community, this home is a short stroll to the emerald-colored waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the sugar white sandy beaches or take a short walk to the luxurious community pool and hot tub. That's not all! This Destin vacation rental has a 6-passenger street legal golf cart!

This lovely home sleeps 13, and the second floor is the gathering place for meals with a fully appointed kitchen. The stove/oven combo is oversized and chef-ready. Guests can eat at the bar or formal dining area. However, there is additional seating, with a gas grill, on the balcony for dining al fresco. Overstuffed sofas and chairs provide a perfect living area for spirited conversations. In addition to the TV in this living room, each bedroom has its own television. An extra bed is provided from the sleeper sofa. And a half-bath is right off the kitchen. There’s a second king bedroom on this level with an ensuite bathroom that has a walk-in shower.

The first floor is perfect for a young family. Bunk beds share a room with a queen bed, just perfect for an au pair. Another bedroom on this level is a king that features a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. There’s also a kitchenette next to the laundry room, another convenience for a family, which includes a sink, mini refrigerator, ice machine, microwave, and coffee pot.

The third-floor has a twin bedroom separate of the primary king bedroom. You’ll truly feel as if you’re in your own cloistered retreat with the private, covered balcony. The ultra-large ensuite bathroom has an oversized walk-in shower and spa bathtub, double vanities, and tile accoutrements.

At the end of your vacation, you’ll be so refreshed you’ll want to share the experience again and again in Oasis by the Sea.

We had a great stay. There was construction two doors down, but that wasn’t a major deal. Booked the house thru Vrbo but appeared to have some clarification differences with the rental company. Best to book thru the direct rental company it sounds like. Easy access to beach, pool and local restaurants. Would definitely go back. We only had 6 in our group but could house more.

Our stay was so amazing!! So many positives!! The layout of the house was perfect and comfortable! The beds were so comfy and having the golf cart there for use was a HUGE plus!!! So many bathrooms too! Perfect location and walking distance to crab trap, which was so yummy!! The neighborhood was safe and luxury! Our kids could walk around and we did not worry! A little picky at times with moving cars, not blocking your own driveway, needing wristbands for pool, or needing more room to park cars. But not a huge deal! We did get to check in a little early on Saturday so that was amazing of the management team to let us do that! I gave it 5 stars but there were just a few things that we noted while there. We couldn’t bring our own tents to the private beach and you are pretty much forced to purchase from the chair rental vendor if you want chairs and tent. Some houses did include chair service which would be a nice perk. Also a few suggestions for such a nice and more upscale property is to add those extra amenities to the house for guests. Blankets in the living room for use, and fans available in closets. These are always nice extra touches when renting a vbro. Just friendly suggestions ;). Overall so amazing and would stay again!

Great beach trip with our family of 9

Great place to stay in a gated community close to beach.Our family of nine had plenty of room to spread out with king beds on each level. Family area was on 2nd floor with plenty of seating. Furniture was very comfortable and kitchen had all necessary cookware and utensils. We loved the golf cart and the ability to take us to beach or make short trips to nearby restaurants. Our only issue was at front gate where we encountered rude & unhelpful attendants. We did not know that motorcycles were prohibited and they were not helpful or nice as we tried to figure out what to do. Thankfully we were able to contact rental office and the lady who answered was so helpful in finding a place for us to park it. We would definitely stay here again!

I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing stay near the beach. I especially want to acknowledge the two gentlemen we met at the gate.They were so helpful and professional! My apology for not remebering their names.

Amazing Vacation!

Couldn't have been any better! The house was perfect for our girls group of 7. Very clean and the decor was just beautiful. The location of the house was perfect. Close to places to shop and some amazing places to eat. If feeling up to it, the walk to the beach was easily doable. If not feeling up to it, the golfcart came in handy. The provided beach chairs were a plus. As we didn't have any children with us, we did not need the beach toys that were available but was great to see they were there. Thought the cleaning fee was a little high until all we had to do was start the dishwasher and take out the trash, then it seemed very reasonable. Host was quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great Stay

The home was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything. The garage had all the beach equipment we needed - chairs, wagon, cooler, etc. Convenient location and seamless check-in made it a perfect choice for a comfortable getaway.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was lit! Kitchen has everything you need. Bedrooms were comfortable. Golf cart was great. Location was perfect. Fun Times were had! Be ready to pay for the beach service though. It is convenient but pricey. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Beach House for Friends

We loved this house for our group of 3 families. It has just the right number of rooms and we enjoyed using the kitchen and common room. The best part is the private gated community and private beach. The guys at the umbrella/chair/paddle board rental hut were great. The golf cart came in handy. While the beach access is very very close, it was nice to have the golf cart to carry all of our things to and fro. The guard at the security gate was nice. However, the HOA does strictly enforce rules. We had them knock on our door late at night because we had a beach towel hanging from one of the balconies. The one problem is that there is not enough parking and they strictly enforce NO STREET parking at night. Had we brought more than 3 cars, this would have been a problem.

Our stay at "Oasis by the Sea" was in a word, phenomenal!!! The house was spotless. The amenities were exactly as described. Loved the golf cart! Check-in, check-out, and everything in between was flawless. We would stay there again for sure. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous house! Very clean, well decorated, mounted smart tvs in every bedroom and living room, and brand new golf cart which we enjoyed using as well. Fun Vacay staff were super nice and made the entire process really easy. Highly recommend!
