Kamaole Sands is one of the most popular resorts in South Maui as it offers its guests a large pool area, a children's wading pool, 2 hot tubs, an exercise room, table tennis, foosball, and tennis courts. As a guest of Kamaole Sands you can pick up a free Maui News each day, as well as enjoy live music and a Hula show by the pool each Wednesday from 3-5 PM.

To Reserve The House, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Amazing Stay!

The condo was clean, spacious, and was well equipped with beach supplies including beach chairs, a wagon, sand toys, and even a child life vest which we found very useful. There were plenty of spices available for cooking and the kitchen was well stocked with small appliances. Pools were great and there were always beach loungers available. Location was perfect with the beach across the street. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and Foodland was just a short drive away. They also accommodated a late checkout. Staff were all very friendly. Would definitely book this place again the next time we are in Maui.

Great condo. Everything was nice and very comfortable. Had all the beach supplies that we needed. Love the big deck. We love the location across from a great beach and a quick 5 minute walk to restaurants.

Married in Maui

The condo was beautiful and a perfect place to stay for our baby girl’s beach wedding. The spiral staircase was perfect for the bride in her gown. It was well equipped and had everything you would need. Two of the best items were the lighted makeup mirror and nail polish remover! Also it had everything you needed for a comfortable day at the beach. We loved it and would stay there again!

The condo was perfect all the amenities were there it was really well stocked with pantry items, soaps, toilet paper, paper towels etc. there was lots of beach gear and extra large beach towels. The furniture was so comfortable the lanai was amazing. The resort is so clean and beautifully landscaped the pools and hot tubs were excellent and the BBQ were clean and in good working order! We cannot wait to come back and book this condo next time. Staff were so friendly and helpful and it was a quick walk to a stunning beach

Wonderful Condo in South Maui

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this condo in South Maui. Location was great, one block from the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. View from the balcony is wonderful and the complex is very nice. Wonderful landscaping in the complex, convenient layout and amenities. Check in was seamless, condo was as advertised and pictures are accurate. The included accessories, such as beach towels, wave boards, beach chairs, and umbrella were very helpful. Removed our need to buy or rent those items. Wonderful condo for families, couples, or business trip. Will stay here if we get a chance to visit Maui again.

Beautiful unit and is a great location above the pool. Easy to see family while in the unit. This was a great place. The only issue is the furniture is a little flimsy. We had a young child and had to move things around to make things safe. Also, the railing on the deck could be an issue for small ones or climbers. Overall a great unit.

Thank you for being our guests and glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay and found the unit beautiful. The furniture throughout the unit is brand new and am not sure which piece you are referring to. In regards to making things safe with children, we would always recommend watching your children, as the unit is located on the 4th floor of the building. The lanai does have a railing that is built to code.

Amazing Condo!

My family of 4 and I had the BEST stay at this Condo. This condo is true luxury. It's spacious, it's clean and the beds are divine! It made our first trip to Maui so comfortable because it had everything we needed. Stocked kitchen, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, beach chairs, plenty of beach towels and cooler. We used it all and it was so convenient. The location is also great. Easy to get to everywhere on the island. We loved Foodland, which was about 5 minutes away. Best Poke in town! The Beach was also a 5 minute walk and it had great snorkeling! Don't hesitate to book this place. We will definitely stay here again.

Maui Christmas 2023

Our family consisting of 4 adults and 2 children really enjoyed our 14 night stay over Christmas and New Years. As advertised the condo is fully stocked and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, towels and beach toys. The condo is beautiful and decorated in a beach theme. We utilized the large lanai daily. The location was excellent giving us quick access to beaches, shops and restaurants as well as other parts of the island. Kamaole Sands grounds are gorgeous and well maintained. We really appreciated late check out accommodation as we had a late flight. We would highly recommend this condo!

The kitchen was great and equipped with everything we needed to cook in a few nights. We have stayed in condos here before but this was our favorite. Enjoyed the view and proximity to the pool and grills. The location of the condo complex is great- close to the beach, shops, food etc. We also like that it’s close to Wailea as well. I would highly recommend staying in this condo .

It was well equipped, spacious and comfortably slept 4 adults and a child. We loved the large lanai and close proximity to the pool. It’s also right across the street from Kam III. The heat pump helped keep the place comfortable during the day, but honestly we didn’t come to Maui to be inside!I’d highly recommend this condo to anyone. Thanks again to PMI for being a great and responsive host!

From the moment we walked in we were happy. Property was clean, and spacious. Well stocked with beach supplies, cooking supplies, cleaning supplies. Appliances all on the newer side and working. Great location to pool , beach , parking and bbq(which we did not use). Hosts were communicative and so so nice. So helpful as our visit was unfortunately disrupted by the fires on the west side. Definitely recommend!!
