As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious and tastefully decorated interior, exuding elegance and comfort. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring top-of-the-line appliances, sleek countertops, and ample storage space. Enjoy preparing gourmet meals while taking in the panoramic vistas of the Pacific Ocean.

The two bedrooms are havens of tranquility, each thoughtfully designed with plush bedding, ample closet space, and large windows that invite the soothing sounds of crashing waves. The bathroom is fully renovated, tasteful, and large enough to accommodate all of the guests in your party.

Step outside onto the expansive deck, where you'll find a private hot tub, inviting you to unwind while soaking in the mesmerizing ocean views. Or, take your wine with you and walk the 5 minutes to the beach. This outdoor oasis is perfect for entertaining guests or simply enjoying a glass of wine as the sun sets over the horizon.

We are not setup for electric car charging at this house, and we ask that you do not attempt to charge your electric vehicles at the unit. It is difficult to asses the amount of electricity drawn from each guest and a reasonable amount to charge, etc, so we ask that you do not do it at all, and, instead, please utilize the many charging facilities within range of our house. Thank you

Guest access
Guests will have full access to entire home, except for a storage closet and shed out back. The backyard is fully fenced and private. There is a stackable washer/dryer unit available for guest use in the bathroom area. The driveway accommodates two vehicles comfortably.
Other things to note
-Pets are welcome for an extra fee. We have a 1 pet maximum. We may consider a second pet with more information. We do not allow pets on the furniture or bedding.
-We do not allow parties or gatherings of more than 4 adults.
-No smoking, or you will be fined.
-There is one exterior camera that points towards the fenced area of the backyard. We do not intend to invade your privacy, it is just for security measures.
