Welcome to Garth's Getaway! Our newest addition!

Located in a quaint Nashville vacation rental community walkable to bars, restaurants, coffee shops & more. Located adjacent to the living Waters brewery & barista Parlor, and Grimey's Record Shop, it's the perfect place to start your day with a cup of coffee or end it with a locally brewed beer!

Only a 5 minute Uber to ‘The 5 Points’ or 10 minutes to downtown Broadway & all sorts of other local attractions & amenities.

We are even pet friendly on a case by case basis. Max 2 dogs and breeds must be approved prior to booking. There is an additional pet fee due upon approval.

On the ground level floor, there is one bedroom with a queen bed and an attached ensuite bathroom (sleeps up to 2 people on 1 bed).

The main level features a large, open kitchen and dining space, perfect for cooking meals together. On this floor there is also a bedroom with a 2 queen beds in bunk formation and an additional queen air mattress if needed (sleeps up to 6 people on 3 beds).

On the top floor, there are 2 bedrooms, both with king sized beds and one twin size roll away bed in each bedroom for additional sleeping accommodations. Each of these bedrooms also have their own attached bathrooms. (This floor can sleep up to 6 people on 4 beds)

Was a great place to stay! Perfect for our large group of 11 adults and kids! Decor was super cute! Beds were comfy and it was nice to have so many bathrooms! 100% recommend!

Great house for a large group

Very nice house that slept 8 adults easily. Good location close to Broadway. Garage was nice and it had a charging station for our Tesla. Definately recommend this place.

The lay out of everything was great it suited all of us comfortable. Parking was the only trouble due to our vehicles (full sized trucks)

4 sisters from different parts of the mid-west to the east coast and their families stayed here. So, 4 cars and 10 people stayed. Rooms were great with individual bathrooms. Parking was non-existent for the 2 other sisters who needed parking. We ended up carpooling to my brother’s house :20 minutes away. House can sleep 12 but you can’t park in garage for large SUV’s that are capable of carrying a lot of people. Remote on garage and I to house was very troublesome and not easy to get into. There were some cleanliness issues too. We’ve stayed in multiple short term rentals in Nashville for over 10 years and this might have been our least favorite due to the inconvenience of cars and getting into the house.

Lovely home Layout a bit odd for bedrooms.

House is lovely downstairs bedroom was nice however if people are outside you hear everything (unfortunately renters in another unit had a party that got very out of hand which tarnished the whole experience) second floor room has queen bunk beds which if we had teens/kids it would have worked but as a group of adults no one really wanted to sleep in bunk beds Two other rooms were great. Easy check in and out and lots of things nearby.

Perfect for 4 Couples

Our family had an amazing time at the property. Perfect for 4 adult couples as each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The kitchen and family area was perfect for preparing meals and just hanging out. Loved having a garage to park in with easy access in. Would recommend this property to anyone planning to visit Nashville

Nashville trip

House was nice. Neighborhood was a little rough. There were some things broken in the home like the hair dryer, tub/shower on the main floor , door lock from the garage and bean bag chair. The themed rooms were cute. It was probably a place more setup for partying vs for families visiting. Would stay again, just needs a little love

Great Host

Part of my family from all over the country came to Nashville so we could enjoy the city and watch a hockey game. Parking was a little tight, definitely does not accommodate two full size trucks, but would fit two mid-size SUVs. The host was very responsive to the couple issues we had and tried to correct the issues immediately. We will definitely be back and staying at this location.

Pluses: spacious. Close to downtown. Cute decorations. Fun vibe. Clear instructions/communication. Good location next to grimeys and the brewpub. Quiet. Not so great: walked in bare feet after arriving and my feet got filthy. Rest of the house was clean, except vents and ceiling fans need cleaning. We wanted to clean while we stayed there but no broom/dustpan could be found. The vacuum was really bad. It did not work at all on the shag rug. Did not have basic kitchen items. No colander, baking pans, dish towels, dish drainer for handwashing, bowls for snacks or salad making, etc. Large pickup trucks do not fit in the garage.

Communication and accommodation with the host was wonderful. Like other reviews the garage was very small but did fit a smaller and larger vehicle. The floors and showers were not clean. The shower head in the Garth room was loose and sprayed the bathroom getting the toilet paper and floor wet, and worse, when I shut the shower off to fix the shower head it fell off and nearly poked my eye out. They need to be fixed. The shower in the Elvis room was very slimy and slippery. Dangerous. There was no ice in the refrigerator. The sheets on the beds appeared clean but the rest of the bedding was questionable and there was no laundry detergent to clean them. Floor mats would have been nice in the bathrooms as well. There were blankets but some extras would have been nice. Otherwise, we enjoyed being together. It was big enough for all six of us, but I can imagine it would be very tight for 10-12 people. Lastly, the neighborhood was a little sketchy and not walkable at night.

First of all, this place is built for younger people. This place is not for seniors or anyone that have problems with walking, climbing, and bad back. The beds were so uncomfortable! The bedroom on the second floor, you couldn't even open the closet because the bed was in the way. Well, part of the week had a car right across from us in the alley way. They had so much noise after midnight, it sounded like it was next door. The pictures originally posted did not show what I experienced. I tried to get a partial refund, the response was much later than posted and I was not offered another solution. I would NEVER book from this person again.
