- Lake Hamilton gets their water levels drawn down 3-5 feet every year for maintenance during November 1st -March 1st. This may effect the water level at this property and the ability to use the dock, fish and/or swim.

- Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras located facing the driveway in front and facing the boat dock in back. There are absolutely no cameras in the interior of the home.

- Pet fees are not automatically added on certain listing channels. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet and how many. Unapproved pets will be charged a fine in accordance with our booking policy.



This property sleeps 12 guests in 7 beds but the maximum occupancy is flexible up to 14 with the use

of the provided cots/air mattresses.
