The room was nice and the view was awesome. A major issue is the parking spot. The reserved spot was a tight fit for our car. There’s a column and it’s at an angle. I doubt you could drive a truck in the underground garage.

The location is absolutely beautiful!! You can’t ask for a better view. Unfortunately I’d say housekeeping skipped cleaning the floors prior to our stay as we quickly noticed how dirty the floors were.We’d love to see a Keurig & new sheets too as mentioned by another guest.Overall we were very happy with our stay!

Peck Plaza

Sam is a great host, property was much better than expected. Amenities are above spectacular, views are absolutely stunning. You will not be disappointed if you choose to book SW26 from Sam. Having a dedicated parking space is great as well.

Peck Plaza Stay

The condo was very nice. Had elevator issues. Only one elevator so waiting for it to arrive sometimes took very long. Wednesday night the elevator was stuck on 14th floor could hear people asking for help. Police arrived to reset, and 30 minutes later finally got to go to our condo. Was a little hesitant after that to ride but had no choice.

Best View in all of the Daytona Beach Area.

We came for an anniversary getaway and have always wanted to stay at Peck Plaza, so rented this unit for a really long weekend. Our Host Sam met us and showed us around the place (nice touch!) when we arrived and we soon made ourselves to home. The Best about the place? Location, Location, Location, and the VIEWS!! Our unit faces Southwest and our views included the Ocean to the left, right down A1A and all the hotels, condos, and private homes straight out, and a wonderful view of the Halifax River and all it's beauty on the right. The OK about the place? Only one of the elevators was working (been that way for awhile according to the manager). The reserved parking spot for this unit is tiny and in between two columns, so maybe don't rent a large car when visiting here. The furnishings (towels, kitchen glassware, kitchen utensils) were a bit sparse compared to several places we've stayed. Overall? We had a blast. Thanks!

Daytona 24 stay

We stayed for the better part of a week to attend the Rolex 24 Hours at Daytona. The property was very nice. Amazing views, outstanding amenities and a clean, comfortable unit on a high floor to take advantage of the great views of the ocean and intercostal waterway. We ate at the restaurant at the top of the building and it as very good as well. Overall, we had a great stay.

Family stay in Peck Plaza on 26th floor

Our stay at the Peck Plaza on the 26th floor was wonderful! Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo unit suited our family well. The views were amazing, of both the beach/ocean and the Halifax River. Plus, the amenities of the common family area for get togethers, the basketball court, and tennis & pickle ball courts as well. We will definitely consider this for one of our next vacation trips.

Best vacation ever

It is gorgeous. Very clean. The only thing I would recommend is having two key fobs per family member. And try to do something different with the carts and the elevator. Other than that it was worth the price for the week my family stayed.
