Dont let the exterior discourage you.We completed the interior first and now will have many upgraded in the future for outside in 2024. Past guests could not believe it when they walked in and seen what we have done. This wheel chair accessible property in on 4.5 acres plenty of parking great for groups and families to enjoy and make memories large open areas and plenty of options for sleeping well stocked kitchen

4 day stay for fishing

Great place for our fishing group! Plenty of room to relax inside along with a well stocked kitchen. An on-site fish cleaning station was great as well as a chest freezer and an ice machine. Our host Tammy was fantastic!!

Such a perfect place for family to hang out for our wedding weekend. Great kitchen to cook a meal and the beds were comfortable and just lots of room to not feel crowded. Highly recommend!

Wedding weekend

We were in Port Clinton for our son’s wedding. This was the perfect place for us to stay with our large family. There was plenty of room inside and outside. We enjoyed spending time together in the large kitchen/family room area. We had a wonderful stay!

Cedar Point Excursion

Pictures on line do not do it justice. Place is very homey and inviting. While it may not be new, it is very welcoming. Hostess could not have been more approachable or accommodating. We had a couple of hiccups, not by her fault, and they were immediately addressed. Property is about 40 minutes west of Cedar Point, which made us 40 minutes closer to home when we left. Just a nice comfortable place to stay. The cupboards are full of crockpots of all sizes, pots and pans, baking sheets, etc. There is even an indoor Blackstone and outdoor bbq grill. If we plan another trip to the rollercoaster capital, we will definitely see if it is available.

Vacation Getaway

The property was great the amenities the size and everything. The owner was nice and easy to get in touch with.I would recommend to anyone having a big family. The only thing which had nothing to do with the owners, was the neighbors on the side the firepit the man was prejudice he spit at my huband for no reason and stuck his middle finger up at us and watched us every time we were outside so for that reason alone we won't be going backwas ppred

Gatherings

If you are planning a fishing trip to Lake Erie this is the place to stay. Plenty of room for a large groups and the best parking we have ever found in a rental. Tammy and Mark are the best host I have ever rented from. This is our 2nd time renting from them and they make sure you feel right at home and they go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. We will not stay anywhere else. They have several properties to choose from. Tiny houses to large ones. Erie Gatherings is the place for us

Lovely place for multiple families

Thank you so much for letting us rent your property! It was just perfect for our family gathering. There was a wonderful large open layout that allowed people to hang out and talk/share memories. It was just perfect! There were plenty of beds with nice bedding. The two bathrooms were sufficient for everyone. The kitchen was fully stocked with the essentials and more. We also enjoyed sitting outside around the table and listening to the birds and frogs. It was great! Thank you!!

Anniversary/Family vacation

Our family chose this site because it had six bedrooms with a large sitting area and kitchen area, plus 4 acres of lawn around house. The family enjoyed living in the house before having a 50th wedding anniversary party that Saturday with a large tent on the lawn. The owner and staff always answered our calls and asked if anything else could be done during our stay. The people invited to the party could not believe their was a home with all these accommodations in the area. Our family would rent this house in the future. Thank you.
