Beautiful cabin with enough space for the seven of us. There were a few minor issues, such as cold water in the kitchen sink and in one of the showers, and I couldn't use the microwave. Otherwise, it was excellent.

The host was very pleasant, accommodating and quick responsive whenever we had a question or concern. But some of the appliances need to be replaced, the interior kitchen flooring needs to be repaired along with some non working interior lighting or fixtures. But overall the house was quite cozy.

We loved our first visit here at 704 Maltby!! It was perfect for our weekend. The kitchen was awesome, so much room. I loved the family room with the large dining table. The patio area is nice with a BBQ!! We’ll use next time!! The bedrooms were perfect and large!! Thank you Bearadise!!

Amazing place and location. Very nice for families. It is located in a flat neighbor, we walked the neighborhood daily and it was beautiful. It would even be great for bike rides! The inside is so big and open, ideal for families. They even had Netflix set up which was great. The location was about 15 minutes away from the zoo, village, bowling, and the bay. Really nice breakfast spots 5 minutes up the rode. And easy and quick responses from host.

Nice sized place for the price

It was roomy and comfortable. We went up for a bike trip and having a garage for the bikes was great. The owner was very responsive too which is always a good thing.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! We loved the modern and upgraded feel. There was lots of space! It was lovely to be able to move around with feeling closed in. The master bathroom was beautifully done. It was in a quiet neighborhood with a nice view out of the front. We will definitely be back!

It was a nice cabin, very spacious, similar to the pictures. Host was very responsive and helpful. The stairs are very steep, a bit tricky if you’re traveling with toddlersThe pressure in the shower is not great, but hot water is working very well.Overall it was a good stay, good value for the price and would recommend it!

We loved it! Thank you!

Perfect spot with two fireplaces and enough TVs for my boys when we weren't out boarding. Check is was easy communications was great and the Hosts were awesome. We hope to stay again next year. Close to everything you could need in town but off the main road enough for peacefully vibes at the base of these beautiful rolling hills. 5 stars
