Welcome to our exclusive RV retreat nestled on a private 7-acre property, surrounded by nature’s beauty and tranquility. If you’re seeking a unique and comfortable stay in Eugene, Oregon, our spacious 44’ RV Toy hauler is the perfect choice.

Sports enthusiasts will find the Oregon Duck Games at Autzen Stadium and events at Matthew Knight Arena to be major draws. And with Uber and Lyft services available, getting around is a breeze. We are also close to Fern Ridge Reservoir and an amazing bike path.

Our neighborhood, situated on a country road, offers the best of both worlds. Just minutes from the city and airport, you’ll enjoy peaceful seclusion surrounded by open fields and sweeping 360-degree views of the valley hills.

While some road noise is present, it’s a tranquil area with minimal traffic. The RV is located approximately 250 feet from our main house, ensuring your privacy. In fact, the RV is positioned in a way that we cannot see it from our house, offering you a secluded retreat. With only a couple of nearby houses that are not visible, our friendly neighbors value privacy and a welcoming atmosphere, making it a delightful and private community.

Getting around our neighborhood is easy, ensuring that you can explore all the attractions and destinations with ease and convenience. Our property offers ample parking within a gated and fenced area, providing a safe and secure spot for your vehicle.

Please note that there is no bus access in the area, so guests have the option of driving themselves or utilizing Uber and Lyft services for hassle-free transportation to and from the property and nearby points of interest.

Our stay was perfect, a group of friends were just returning from a Bandon trip and needed a place to crash for the evening before an early flight. Couldn’t have worked out better, we enjoyed the outdoor patio furniture for dinner, watched some football before enjoying the spacious bedrooms accommodations. Highly recommend this unique stay.

Nice RV

The RV was a nice place to stay while visiting Eugene for a football game. Plenty of space, very comfortable beds, and on a gated property. Quiet location and only 15 minutes to campus. Really appreciated the fresh cut flowers and welcome note.

quiet stay away from the fray

Nice, clean, quiet accommodations. Instructions and communication from host were timely and easy to follow. Nice touches with bottled water and coffee for the morning. The description and photos are a bit misleading regarding exactly how close to the main home the RV is parked...indicates 7 acres of property believed the RV would be in a more secluded area of the 7 acres but is in fact right on the side of the main house which would have been a bit awkward if we had been there more than just to sleep. Overall nice option for a stay in Eugene.
