Beautiful property and the views were amazing. We enjoyed the sunrise every morning right from our living room. The only suggestion we would have is to keep additional fans in the unit becausethe primary bedroom tends to stay warmer than the rest of the house due to its location overlooking the water and the amount of direct sunlight it receives throughout the day. For added comfort, I would recommend using an extra fan during the warmer months.

We came down to enjoy the seafood festival. We loved the location of the unit as we enjoyed being at a marina and watching the many boats sail by. We also appreciated how clean the condo was. That aspect made the trip even more enjoyable. Thank you for your hospitality.

Beautiful Views!

We loved everything about this vacation. Beautiful weather, beautiful water, beautiful condo, awesome furnishings and décor, the most comfortable beds, great location and the most stunning views! Highly recommend! We brought our boat and were a little disappointed we had to pay extra to rent a boat slip since one was supposed to be coming with the rental but the marina staff were super helpful and accommodating. We hope to return next year!

The hot tub was out the first two nights. Then, we realized it was open and used it. The last night we tried to get into the pool area but discovered we needed a fob. Fortunately there was another resident who let us in the pool area with their fob. I suggest leaving us a fob or another way to enter.

Sorry for the inconvenience. But for future reference, there is a fob on a hook on the fridge. Our binder in the unit states this as well.

Relaxing, convenient week at the beach

The property was very clean and property owner was great. She answered any questions quickly. The location was wonderful for what we wanted - to spend the week boating, fishing and enjoying nearby beaches. We rented a boat slip and just walked downstairs, iced up our cooler and off we went for the day. When we were tired, we could come back and enjoy the pool and hot tub. The boys fished off the dock in the evenings. Overall a wonderful rental and location.

Great Experience

The overall experience here was great. Pool area is nice but wish there was a few more shade spots or an umbrella or 2. The beach right next to the complex is nice as well. It can get busy on the weekends but even at its busiest, we didn't feel cramped. This beach was also great for the little ones. Unit itself is nice, welcoming and fully equipped. Beds were very comfortable. My kids slept in and it allowed us to sleep in. Total win win. The views from the balcony are the best. This complex and area would be beyond perfect if you had a boat docked there. Plenty of great island spots and waterfronts to check out. While by boat is nice. Driving to Beaufort or Morehead City waterfronts are still very close. Overall, great experience and would definitely return.

Perfect for us!!

Property manager was great! Reached out to us twice before we came & was instantly reachable after we arrived. The porch was exactly what we needed & views were great with lots of boats-small to large & even a couple of ships! I was skeptical of the reviews of horse viewings on the nearby island-but they were awesome along with playful dolfins!! The high Adirondack chairs are perfect for seeing over the porch rail - those caught my eye immediately when I viewed this property. One of our friends is a bit limited with movement, so I knew the porch would be great for us. Thanks to the owners for providing binoculars & a telescope. The master suite is on the waterfront with huge windows & the bathroom is big & beautiful! The unit was super clean & totally supplied! Additionally, large wheeled tubs were available to use for transporting all our “stuff” to the 5th floor & the elevators made moving in & out easier than expected. Sea Serenity & the Old Towne Yacht Club are a great combination-couldn’t have had a better vacation!!

Beautiful Place for a Family Vacation

The property was everything we hoped it would be. Our host, Jessica, was very kind and gracious. The location was ideal, and the views were spectacular. We saw horses from our balcony each morning and were fortunate enough to see dolphins on several occasions. The only issue we found to be unflattering were the apparent attitudes from some of the owners that lived at the condo. Not all, but some of the owners made us feel "less than" for being a renter as if they knew anything about us individually or our social/economic background. We also received some negative comments because our daughter has a service dog. Hard to imagine that considering the unruly dogs we encountered from some of the owners. Overall, it is an amazing place, and we are thankful we were able to stay. We didn't let a few rude people disrupt our time. Would recommend.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property exceeded expectations in every way! The description was spot on—its location was perfect, the layout was incredibly functional and inviting, and the amenities were exactly as advertised, if not better.Cleanliness and maintenance were impeccable. Every room was spotless, and it was clear that great care is taken to keep the property in top condition. It felt luxurious yet cozy, making the stay even more enjoyable.Customer service was outstanding. The owner/manager was incredibly responsive, helpful, and genuinely invested in ensuring a great experience. Their hospitality made all the difference!Without a doubt, I’d recommend this property to friends and family. Whether for a relaxing retreat or an exciting adventure, it offers everything needed for an unforgettable stay. The surrounding area was fantastic! Activities were plentiful, and the local attractions added extra charm to the trip. Dining options were lacking though, at least we had trouble with suitable options. We tried the Bistro with poor results. Molly's was the highlight of our dining experiences.
