Really nice house. Couldn’t be a much better location for a game at Everbank stadium. Had a great stay. Will be back.

Family Visit

We had an amazing time here! Eric and staff were so wonderful and responded so quickly! The house is lovely, so clean and updated. We spent all entire time in the pool.. highly recommend!

From the beginning of our booking through departure, the host were great. The house is beautifully kept and well updated. There is plenty of space and I’m a great location. We did experience a few minor issues, but they were quickly addressed and dealt with

Efficient little house

It is efficient and the space is well used. The master bath was a bit small for my big husband and they could appoint the kitchen a little better, but overall, it had everything we needed.

The communication with the host was good and the house was located a in good area for the things we had planned. Unfortunately, the property had several things that needed addressing: door handles throughout the home needed tightening (which we tightened), remotes not working (we replaced batteries and progressive them to work), the room designated as the master bedroom would not cool properly like the rest of the home so we had to run the fan most of the time, the rug in the master makes it difficult to close the bathroom door, the pocket door on the hall bath would not lock, the hallway and hallway closets had a moldy/mildew smell, and the kitchen was lacking in essentials (such as: pots, pan, cutting board, baking pans, etc.). The property was highly marketed for its pool and unfortunately the handrail for the only entry/exit to the pool was broken upon our arrival. I reported it immediately and it was not fixed during our 7 day stay. I asked for a portion of the rental fee to be refunded because the pool was the primary focus of the property listing and because I unable to use the pool safely due to the broken handrail (no refund received). Also, they need better pest control inside and outside of the property. We saw roaches inside and encountered a flea problem outside and some inside. I believe VRBO needs to address these problems with the host/owners for the health and safety of vacationers.

Unfortunately, some repairs require parts, scheduling, or additional work that cannot always be completed during an active stay, but we recognize how important this amenity was to your visit. While we regret that we were unable to provide the resolution you were hoping for during your stay, we value your feedback and will use it as we continue working to improve the experience for future guests.

Great Vacation!

This house was perfect for my stay with my 5 adult kids! Recently renovated, everything was spotless and comfortable. Kitchen had lots of pots and pans, silverware, coffee cups etc. Host answered all questions immediately. It was close to Jacksonville artsy area and only a 20 minute drive to the beach. The lock on the main bathroom door was a little quirky. My daughter got stuck inside but lock was easily opened with a screwdriver from the hallway. Very close to grocery stores, gas stations, bookstores, coffee shops, etc. We had a fantastic trip (could have used some warmer weather, but it was way better than the sleet and freezing temperatures at home!) We would absolutely stay here again!
