Have fun with the whole family at this stylish pool and spa place. Our home boasts a sparkling pool and rejuvenating spa, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the Sunshine State. Surrounded by lush greenery, the pool area offers a private oasis where you can soak up the sun or sip cocktails. Whether you're lounging poolside or enjoying a relaxing soak in the spa, this tranquil retreat promises the ultimate vacation experience.
The space

This beautiful home with all new furnishings! It has a gorgeous brand new kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favorite meal or whip up a quick snack.
Our rooms offer you the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your stay. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property, perfect for catching up on emails or streaming your favorite shows.
We have a nice king bed suite in the master bedroom with the TV for your comfort. The second bedroom has the queen bed and baby crib. The third bedroom offers two twin bunk beds and the desk if you need to work on your laptop. The forth bedroom has two queen beds.
The home has two full bathrooms.
The living room has a smart TV with the Netflix subscription for your enjoyment as well as board games! On the deck you will enjoy pool with 8 feet maximum depth and jetted hot tub Spa. Also we have garage with AC system and pool table for your enjoyment!

The house was exactly as pictured and was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was friendly, responsive, and very easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Our kids especially loved having a pool right in the backyard—it was definitely a highlight of the trip. We had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

Family weekend at JU

The property was very clean and nicely kept. It was very close to the University, perfect for visiting our student! The pool and hot tub were very clean too. We very much enjoyed our stay and will look for this property to available in the future.

AMAZING STAY!!!

Our sty was wonderful. Host was awesome at communicating we appreciated the welcome snacks. The house is well stocked and the check in process was seamless. The pool and hot tub was a definite win. U would definitely book again. Pictures don’t do the house justice.

Birthday trip

Things were simple and very pleasant. Games for the kids all night. Pool and hot tub great.The master bed was great bed so good on by back. Also 2nd day burnt up head and shoulders so had to stay in. The extra fan and the comfort helped so much. Thank you from all of us.

Jacksonville vacation stay

The stay was nice but there was a few misleading messages about the property such as where the bathrooms were lo, yes it had the correct amount I was under the assumption they were located separately , not one in the master bedroom. Also only. 2 television with one in master bedroom, that made it. Inconvenient for the occupants in that room, no connection in the other rooms especially for the younger adults and children to connect to the television for they games. The box that stored the pool accessories was filthy, the grill was really filthy. There was wasp’s nest forming on front porch. Overall we rated your property a C- compared to others tha I rented in the past.

Do not expect any extras at this home. Dishwasher tabs, fly swatter, trash bags, nothing.Many annnoying seemingly trivial things andded up. Terribly cheap kitchen garbage can. No dishcloths of any kind. One oven mitt. Extremely limited baking pans and worn. Drawer under oven needs to be cleaned badly with some baking pans added. Had to hunt for washcloths and towels. Everything is in the front bathroom. Dryer and washer are on opposite sides of where they should be making it very inconvenient to do laundry. No light in there to wash at night. When you walk out of laundry to round the corner be careful. I nearly knocked my head off on a tv hanging just as you exit the laundry. Beds are extremely hard. Mattress and front bedroom fits on metal frame and squeaks annoyingly everytime you move. Grass was over knee height our entire stay. Home is in a 60’s era neighborhood that is mostly permanent residents with a feel of low income housing and not well kept. Rules tell you to leave all outdoor lights on 24 hours a day for safety. Not a very good feeling. Never figured out who was host or owner. Was sent to host for all communications. For the cost we feel we could have found a nicer place. Did not feel welcoming with all of the “you will be charged if …” We will take pics before and after you leave. Would not recommend.
