It's a beautiful getaway, only 40 minutes from the Orlando International Airport. It is near attractions like Port Canaveral (10 minutes), Cocoa Beach, and the Kennedy Space Center Complex.

Perfect quiet location for a pre cruise vacation. House was clean with plenty of room for 3 couples. Stocked with all the amenities and a nice treat basket Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Amazing house, much larger than anticipated. Close to space coast, beaches, restaurants and stores. House was well equipped. Pool was a huge hit with the kids and shaded enough to where they could swim for hours at a time. Loved every second of it and would definitely rent again for Space Coast Complex events.

The house was perfect for our extended stay. The pool and game room kept the kids busy and happy. The beds were a little uncomfortable, but everything else was great.

We stayed here for a baseball tournament at space coast. Mater bedroom was a little weird with two beds in it but overall the property was clean and suited our needs. Pool filter is right by the bedroom windows and very loud. It made it hard to sleep. Really liked the Roku TV’s and ability to log into our services. Neighborhood was a little rowdy on July 4th but maybe to be expected.

Spring break ‘25

It was a very nice stay. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 toddlers. We got to see a launch from the front yard. One shower was down but we were informed before we arrived that they tried to have it fixed.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The only concern we had was the shower not draining but they were quick to come and look at it. Would stay here again!

I had one complaint the plastic bed cover made the bed hard and uncomfortable.

Cruise Convenience

Overall the property was clean, had all the necessary items and had great space for everyone to spread out. We enjoyed the pool area for relaxing and my kids loved the games. The only downside for us was the beds, everyone said they were too firm and had plastic mattress covers that were loud and made you hot. Switching to a higher quality protector and adding mattress pads would have really improved our nights. The location was great for travelers with a Publix and Target just outside the neighborhood. We were staying for a few days before a cruise and the ease of getting to the port was great, plus we loved the convenience to all the local restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The layout of the home was so perfect with 2 different seating areas and TVs so we could each watch what we wanted and the pass through from the kitchen to the game room was very convenient. The host was very helpful and they even left snacks and waters for us. The patio was very quiet and comfortable. The was a nice pool but we didn’t use it because we were only there for a couple of days. We will probably book this again the next time we are in the area.

Great pre-cruise spot

Everything was clear and well organized. No issues with rental at all and so much space for my family. Would definitely stay here again.

Great generational or multi-family home.

We traveled with 2 adult children and our granddaughter. The space allowed all parties to have a place to read, watch TV and not be on top of each other. The pool area was great (cold) granddaughter loved it. The game room is an added amenity. Snacks upon arrival, coffee and kitchen essentials were great. We would definitely stay here again.

Weekend celebration

We booked this house for a weekend to celebrate family birthdays! The house was perfect, very spacious, clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood!! Located within a few minutes of grocery store, Target, and many restaurants options! We even got to see the rocket launch one morning! We spent a lot of time in the pool and the kids loved jumping in the deep in! The host was quick with response when ensuring our stay due to storm Debby. The house provided needed toiletries, plenty of blankets, and complimentary snacks! We definitely will be staying here again in the future!! Thank you for a great weekend!!

Great place with no beach amenities.

Very nice place. The beds are a little hard. Has no grill. No beach chairs or other beach items. Usually most places have this. I would say this is a very good place to stay. Publix, restaurants, and shopping are very close. The house is beautiful and has plenty of room. The game room was great and my teenagers loved it. The bath tube and showers are awesome. The garage was my favorite thing about the house. The first rental I’ve been too that you can actually use the garage for parking. Helps keep car cool in the Florida heat. The pool was a little smaller than I imagined but was nice with the enclosure to keep bugs out. Suggest staying it you are looking for a get away but have the room to bring beach chairs, cart, and other items. I left boogie boards for the next person so they didn’t have to buy them.

Great Family Getaway

We had a great stay in this lovely house. A relaxing way to spend time with family just playing in the game room and swimming in the pool. Great for our mixed ages. The extras in the welcome basket and coffee syrups were a nice bonus. Would definitely stay here again! Loved the added feature of the safety gate aroun the pool.
