Private home overlooking the bay! Property has a pier for fishing, wildlife viewing, and taking in the sunsets. Amazing views from the covered porch. Peaceful location on Ft. Morgan peninsula away from the crowds. Unit features 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Inside, guests will find everything needed for a comfortable stay. Kitchen is equipped with appliances and basic cookware. Closest public beach access point is approximately 2 miles away.

This property is located approximately 12 miles west of Hwy 59 on AL HWY 180 in Gulf Shores, Alabama.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

* Free guest parking - room to park 2 vehicles on site.

* Amenities include free WiFi, 2 smart tv's, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor covered porch, ground level porch, charcoal grill, fishing/sunset pier.

* Linens come furnished, but please bring your own beach towels.

* Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, starter roll of toilet paper/paper towels, and travel-sized soap in bathroom.

We have been vacationing in the area for years, and have stayed at this property for 2 years now. It is a cozy, quiet, and clean property, with the absolute best private dock to enjoy the bay, do some fishing, birdwatch, dolphin watch, or sunbathe! I'm devastated that our kiddos have gotten too old to stay on the pullout couches and we will have to stay at a property with a second bedroom next time we come down as a family, but my husbamd and I plan on staying at this property again on kid free trips!

Trip was planned to see fort Morgan with granddaughters. Cottage was perfect close to our destination. Sassy bass pizza was right down the road . Great pizza. Dollar general right down the road for other groceries. Fort Morgan beach was close by too enjoyed our day there to. Next time hope to fish from the dock . Quiet area

My son in-law cam down to fish for the weekend. The property was exactly what we needed. Very close to where we fished and we fished behind off the dock behind it. It had everything we needed. It is perfect for a quick get away to Fort Morgan. I didn't bring my golf clubs but this would be a great place if you wanted to fish and golf. Very close to public course. I will stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Great location. The dock was perfect for fishing or just relaxing on the water. Only con is all the steps to the top unit but we knew that when we rented. Great view when you get up there just pack light

Perfect for families!

This property was absolutely everything my family could have wanted out of a vacation house! Despite it being only a single bedroom, it is a spacious unit and my 2 kids (8 & 13) still had space for themselves and their things without crowding each other or my husband and myself.. The dock was definitely large enough for my husband to take his fishing cart out to the dock to fish with our kids. The neighboring houses were close, but it didnt feel like we lacked any privacy. The location is incredibly close to a Dollar General, which makes it easy to run out and grab anything you might need . It also feels very centrally located between the tourist type attractions of Gulf Shores downtown and the Fort and ferry to Dauphin Island. We vacation in the Gulf Shores area every year, and this is by far our favorite rental and we absolutely plan to book this exact unit again for next year!

Stayed in the top half of the house, absolutely perfect for a couple or a small family. The unit was very clean and exactly as described in the report. We had a wonderful week and would definitely book again if we return to fort Morgan.

Perfect place to pause, and refect.

This property is the most perfect property we have ever stayed. It is exactly we needed. We needed a vacation to relax. My husband enjoys fishing, so he could fish off the pier. Dolphins would swim around for a visit, making this stay extra special.

Easy check-in and great price. Loved every second I was there and the pier was a great feature for both waking up in the morning and relaxing in the afternoon. Would definitely recommend to anyone with a small family. Thank you.

Fun weekend!

The condo worked for the two of us! We did find the living room pull out bed to not have much support so we used the couch instead. There was also loose candy and wrappers under the pull out bed. Very well stocked with bath towels and rags. Great large closet in the bedroom. Nice, quiet location. We enjoyed going to Beach Bums each morning for coffee about 10 minutes down the road!
