Spacious and well equipped 1 bedroom penthouse with private rooftop.
This community recently underwent several upgrades: from the attractive painting of the buildings and stairway corridors, tiling of the swimming pool, and resurfacing of the area around the pool. There is 24/7 security with key gate access.
The Cocomar Penthouses have their own huge 900 sq. ft. private rooftop terraces on the 4th level. Additionally boasting a spacious and covered concrete gazebo with a BBQ grill, with table and chairs. A perfect area for eating and lounging. Plenty of space outside the gazebo for entertaining, tanning, etc. The views are very nice, overlooking much of the neighboring condo communities with Spanish clay tile roofs (like in the movies). Yet providing complete privacy, since it is on the 4th level V.S. many other neighboring condo buildings at only 3 levels.
There is a well-sized laundry area off the kitchen, and a bonus 1/2 bathroom located between the kitchen and dining area. Great spacious and open floor-plan consisting of the kitchen with a small breakfast bar, a dining area, and living-room, with a slider to the front balcony. Rich polished and solid wood doors, kitchen cabinetry, and trim. The bedroom is very generous in size with an ensuite bathroom with a separate vanity area, and very large walk-in closet.
JUST A SHORT WALK TO SO MUCH within our fun, safe, expat neighborhood of El Cortecito. In addition to over 45 dining options, there is a variety of other commercial amenities a walk away⊠like a grocery store, Doctors, Dentist, pharmacies, cash exchange/ ATM's, gyms, spas, salons, fruit stands, bakeries, recreational areas (tennis, basketball), a dive shop, and so much more! All within our fun, safe and famous HGTV BEACH-TOWN!

The average cost will normally vary between US$2 and US$5 per day, but could fall outside this range, depending on your usage and can be self monitored daily.
