Townhouse in the Pines

This 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath house has lots of living space, a family-friendly kitchen, and a king bed. Located 10 min from IU Stadium and IU Hospital. Walking distance to restaurants! On local walking trail, 8 min walk to Winslow Sports Complex and 15 min walk to the YMCA. Steps away from the #4 Bus Stop. Enjoy coffee under the pines on your outdoor patio. Relax on the large faux leather couch equipped with 2 electric recliners while you watch your favorite shows on the 65-inch Roku TV.

As you enter the home you'll find the kitchen, eating bar, living area, and half bath. Up the stairs are the 3 bedrooms, full bathroom, and laundry. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom is equipped with 3 twin beds, (upper and lower bunks and a roll-out trundle).

The kitchen is fully functional with blender, rice cooker, crock-pot, toaster, drip & k-cup coffee maker, pans, skillets, baking sheets, and cooking utensils. There are also dishes, glasses, and silverware available to use during your stay. Kitchen has a pass-through to the eating bar.

You will have access to the entire house and the outdoor patio area. There are 2 labeled parking spots in front of the Townhouse and there is access to 2 visitor spots nearby as well.

Guests have access to the entire Townhouse unit and patio

The townhouse has 3 TVs all equipped with Roku guest mode. Sign-in and enjoy your favorite shows in the living room, Master, and Kids room. The Smart TVs will also cast your phone’s video apps (YouTube, Prime Video, Disney+, etc) and are equipped with AirPlay for apple users.
