Indulge in the charm of Old Campbell Cove, an idyllic retreat set on nine acres with five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a private pool, hot tub, sauna, and exclusive access to a serene cove on Beaver Lake. The Space:
Featuring three freshly remodeled floors, Old Campbell Cove provides ample space to spread out, relax, and entertain at just under 5,000 square feet.
Enter the home through the main level and immediately step into a spacious living room with a wall mounted Smart TV, Pool Table, and views of Beaver Lake. Off the right of the living room is the primary suite featuring a king mattress wrapped in crisp linens. Closet space and dresser provide ample storage. Enjoy a private primary suite bathroom with new custom shower, standalone tub, double vanity and toilet closet.
Opposite of the primary suite is the main level chefs kitchen. With brand new appliances, ample countertop space, and plenty of storage the cook in your family will truly enjoy this space. The kitchen is fully appointed with pots, pans, dishware, cooking utensils, and small appliances. Off the kitchen is the primary dining space and butlers nook with wine cooler.
A second bathroom and bedroom are directly off the kitchen. Featuring two queen mattresses the room provides a perfect sleeping accomdation for four right on the main level.
Travel up the stairs to the second floor of the home featuring two more bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The front suite is spacious with a second king mattress, queen mattress, and private patio with breath taking views of Beaver Lake. The second bedroom is outfitted with a single queen mattress. The second floor bathroom is fully stocked and provides a shower/tub combination.
The basement level of the home lives like a private mother in-law suite. Just off the stairs find a large open space with second, fully equipped kitchen. The second kitchen boasts new appliances, including a small cube ice maker. pots, pans, dishware, and utensils. The kitchen opens directly to a large family room with a 75 inch Smart TV that is ready to stream your favorite movies as you relax for the night.
Through the hallway you will travel past a small powder room on the left with stackable washer and dryer. To the right is the large bunkroom that features three queen mattresses and one single. Perfect for the kids. Situated as an ensuite, the bedroom connects directly to the primary basement bathroom including double vanities, shower/tub combination and Sauna.
Finally, enjoy a beautiful oasis out back. A large, brand new inground pool with a sunbathing deck, hot tub, and comfortable patio furniture await your arrival. Three covered levels of deck with patio swings, fans, and more create the perfect place to unwind and relax while enjoying beautiful views of beaver lake below. A large fire pit surrounded by concrete patio is perfect for gathering around. Note that we do not provide wood and that the pool is generally closed between October and mid-May.
Ready to swim the lake? Take the short walk or drive down to your own cove on Beaver Lake. Note that Army Corps of Engineers regulations do not allow you to dock in the slips. You are authorized to be moored in the cove with a personal boat and use the shoreline.
Guest Access:
The entire home is for your use. You can enter the home through the front door using the provided door code. The large driveway provides parking for up to five vehicles. There is one interior supply closet that will remain locked. The two car garage and shed located on the property are also locked with owner's personal items.
The Neighborhood:
Tucked away on Old Campbell road the neighborhood is a mix of full time and part time residents. Large lots provide ample privacy from one another, however we do ask you abide by quite hours to respect the neighbors. At old Campbell Cove you are a short drive from everything Northwest Arkansas has to offer.
Enjoy one of the many breweries in the area including Ozark Beer Co or Natural State Brewing, both less than a 20 minute drive. Heads to Bentonville to take in the charming downtown square full of delicious restaurants and don't forget to check out Crystal Bridges American Art Museum, and The Momentary, both incredible venues full of beautiful exhibits.
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft service the area and Benton County maintained roads provide you easy access to and from the home.

The pool is closed from October to May; the hot tub is a year-round use.
