Ce 1 chambre, 1 salle de bain condo est idéal pour un individu, couple ou petite famille. Chambre a un lit queen et l'accès à la zone du pont avec vue sur l'océan. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit dans le salon et une couchette double intégrée dans le couloir pour les invités supplémentaires. Situé à l'intérieur d'un bloc de la plage par Pier de Johnnie Mercer. Cet établissement confortable dispose d'une cuisine complète qui est ouverte sur le salon / salle à manger. Le pont a vue sur l'océan avec une grande assise.

** À compter de maintenant, toutes les locations de vacances à la semaine de 5 à 21 nuits auront les draps inclus. Sur 4 nuits ou moins, vous aurez toujours la possibilité de louer des draps sur votre contrat ou apporter votre propre. **

Very convenient to the beach. We had everything we needed in this lovely condo and there was a well thought out design for placement of all of your items that you’re bringing with you for your stay.

Great location with beach and walk-to dining. Annoying multiple lobby and door codes ( 4 and 6 digits code respectfully). 2 remotes to the TV that always has an extended learning curve. Overall, very nice place.

Nice, clean and loud

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thought the rental was nice, clean and close to the ocean. However, there is a bar right next door and it was very loud at night. We could hear people cussing and yelling and one night there were police officers out there. Not a good fit for a family.

Cute place. Would have been nice to have more than one roll of toilet paper. Also the ice maker didn’t work and the ice cube trays were in the fridge empty. Nice touch would have been to have them filled. Also, maybe a couple of small beach chairs would be nice to have there and a couple of refillable water bottles. The last place we stayed had a nice welcome note with a bottle of wine in the fridge. Again, just a nice touch. Thank you

Last minute thought

This was a last minute thought. I was meeting a client a little over an hour away from the beach. I figured why not take my family and enjoy the beach for a weekend. I came across the listing on Vrbo and to my surprise this unit was available for the weekend. Upon arrival and after checking in we were pleasantly surprised how nice the unit was and at all the amenities provided. It made our stay convenient and easy. Parking was a slight issue as we had a full size truck and parking was extra tight for that particular unit B1 but we managed to squeeze it. Next time will drive our car. Overall it was better than advertised a cosy little place with a lot to offer a few steps away from the ocean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My stay at Munger was great! My initial impression was how bright, airy, and clean the space was! You could definitely tell the owners & Bryant Real Estate take pride in the quality of their rentals. There had definitely been some updates I had noticed that were different than the photos, including a nice, new, very roomy shower and new carpet! The location of the condo was great for exploring. I enjoyed waking up in the morning and taking a walk down the beach, and sitting on the balcony in the evenings people watching! The close proximity to the pier was also super convenient, as I was able to drop in for snacks and other things I forgot. The check in/check out process was a breeze as well. Everyone I encountered was very helpful and courteous

Location is perfection! But not super clean

The location is unbeatable. We could go from the beach back to the condo and back to the beach in minutes. The place is very cozy- so we used our cars to store as much stuff as possible between trips. We had to drive down in two cars and there is only one spot provided. Parking in the public lot is $25 x day. The cleanliness of the place was questionable- I was told ahead that they would be cleaning the condo using the Recommended products given covid... . The sink was dirty, the counters were not wiped down and the bedroom armoire had hair on it. I wiped everything down upon arrival... I was told the next day I could have called and they would have sent maid service, however, I struggled to get anyone to answer my calls due to our check in being around 6 pm on Sunday evening (can check in after 4, not sure what time their office closes??) Additionally, the place is too tight to be in it with maid service :). The carpet is also full of stains, to be expected as this place is likely rented most of the time for beach goers - we just kept our flip flops on the entire time. I would definitely stay here again but will do a full clean upon arrival.

Hi Kimberly, thank you for your review on the Munger condo! I agree - the location is great and super convenient for coming back for lunch or a quick bathroom break. I apologize for the cleaning issues you experienced on your arrival as we are very strict with our high standards for our housekeeping staff. As you already know, give us a call if something is not right when you check in. It's very important to us to make sure if in the off chance something is not to standard, we want that opportunity to make it right. Also a helpful tip for parking - since the complex is quite small, there is only one space available so instead of paying to park, leave a car over the bridge in one of the grocery store lots and then use one car to get around the island. Lastly, our units are regularly carpet cleaned so they are sanitized, even if permanent stains remain. I will make note of the carpets to suggest replacement to the owner. Thanks again, Kimberly.
