Located on the world famous Balboa Island is our meticulously remodeled Penthouse suite. Our home is the only rear home on the South Bayfront, and offers a majestic and panoramic vista of the Newport Bay.
Enjoy views of the Bay from your Bedroom. Walk to the charming shops and cafe's on Marine Ave. Take a walk down to the historic Balboa Island Ferry that takes both cars and pedestrians on a 5 minute ride to Balboa Peninsula and the Pacific Ocean beaches.
This beautifully appointed home has undergone an extensive and meticulous remodel both inside and out leaving no details untouched with impeccable craftsmanship and designer touches.
Our Penthouse is located on the upper level of our Duplex and includes EVERYTHING YOU NEED to enjoy your family vacation at the beach. This home is equipped with a Convection oven, Mini Fridge and Freezer, Cooking items and Utensils, Smart TV, Free Washer and Dryer (shared), Beach and Bath towels, High Quality Bed Linens and more!

Our home is located in a prime location intertwining glamour and convenience, it is situated steps away from the bay and one block from Marine Ave., the heart of Balboa lsland including a gourmet market, an abundance of charming boutiques and note-worthy restaurants. Allow your dreams of coastal extravagance to come to life on the prestigious Balboa Island-an unrivaled haven in this iconic and historical destination.
For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure you can ride the Ferry to the peninsula and hop on the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, or Sailing Adventures which all depart from the docks across the bay.
