Rénovation intérieure complÚte fin juin 2015! La propriété comporte un plan d'étage ouvert, une cheminée en pierre, des armoires blanches, des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et un comptoir en pierre de savon et un évier. Cuisine équipée avec micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, cafetiÚre. Deux chambres familiales, toutes deux avec télévision par cùble. Pont en acajou à l'arriÚre de la maison avec ensemble de patio et barbecue. Planchers de bois franc partout. Les ventilateurs de plafond dans 2 chambres et la salle familiale. Parking pour 4 voitures dans l'allée plus parking dans la rue. Les salles de bains ont été entiÚrement rénovées avec du carrelage et du marbre .... une spacieuse douche extérieure est également disponible. La propriété dispose de 3 chambres (2 au deuxiÚme étage et 1 au premier étage) et 2 salles de bains ... dort 8 lits. Maßtre a 1 roi, 2Úme chambre a 1 reine, 3Úme chambre a des lits superposés et un jumeau w / un lit gigogne

Ceci est la derniĂšre maison dans une rue sans issue calme. Il est parfaitement situĂ© ... À distance de marche du centre-ville avec des restaurants, des bars, des boutiques, des arcades, un bowling, des glaces. À 10 minutes Ă  pied de Surf Beach et de Martha's Vineyard Ferry, ainsi que de la cĂ©lĂšbre piste cyclable de Cape Cod. Merci pour ton intĂ©rĂȘt.

Girls weekend

Great home & location

We loved this house! Had a great summer family vacation here. Everything was what we expected / as described. Location is great at a dead end and in between the main street and the beach. Backyard and grill/deck area were great, plus big outdoor shower. Host was very responsive, gave clear instructions, was in touch before our arrival, was accessible if we needed. Some minor items to be aware of like linens/towels fee & bringing extra toilet paper, but all clearly outlined in advance in the listing so no surprises. Would recommend! Thanks for having us!

Perfect!

My family and I stayed here the week of the 4th of July and it was perfect! Awesome location with walking distance to down town and the beach. The house is adorable and clean. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. I would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect Getaway!

My adult children and I stayed over Columbus Day Weekend. The first night we cooked dinner and the rest of the time we went to local restaurants and a fall festival. The French Bakery on Main Street is always a must stop. My son ran on Surf Drive and the rest of us walked down to the beach and the bay. We watched a couple of football games on the big tv in the family and had coffee and caught up with each other in the living room by the fireplace. The location is ideal and the neighborhood with all of the cape cod houses makes a quick walk delightful. The house itself is very clean and nicely renovated which made it very comfortable for the four of us. We had a great time and it was just what we needed in our busy lives!

Road race week in Falmouth

Beautiful property on a dead end street was perfect for our family to play in the yard and and enjoy the privacy yet still be walking distance to the beach and downtown. 5/5 on this property and our host was amazing to work with. Great experience

Just a fantastic rental

Mark and Suzeanne are gracious hosts and couldn’t have been more attentive. Their home is spotless and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood is private and very quiet. A short walk to the beach and town was most appreciated. We would recommend this property highly and plan to rent again in the future!

Lovely

We stayed here over new years--a cold, gray, covid-y time in Falmouth--and the house was a good fit for my husband and I and my elderly parents (visiting my sister and her family who are locals). The kitchen is gorgeous, clearly recently remodeled and super-well equipped, and the jigsaw puzzle collection is exemplary. The house feels like it's made for summer: There's not a lot of rugs or throw pillows or blankets and the decor is sort of relentlessly nautical (as are all rentals on the cape I think). But the heat worked well and the grill worked great and we were overall very comfortable. Plus, the hosts were super responsive to some requests to accommodate my parents, which I was gratedful for.

Thanksgiving at the Cape

Wonderful location. Clean, comfortable and well decorated house. Came for Thanksgiving with family. AC units still in windows so very drafty. And the Nest thermostat kept resetting to 54 degrees. Have never before had a surcharge for linens. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Chowder Trip

The Falmouth home was a great location for our stay in Cape Cod. The home was beautifully decorated and equipped for cooking and had plenty of wine glasses. Walking distance to Martha's Vineyard ferry. Convenient for a day trip to Brewster, P-town, Chatham and back to Falmouth. Would recommend for those looking for a great house and location AND the outside shower was a bonus!

Beautiful rental home!

We loved this house! It was updated and clean and had a lot of supplies that a family would need for the week. The outdoor shower was fabulous! The house was located between downtown and the beach - a 15 minute walk or a quick drive! The owners were very easy to work with.

Perfect in every way!

We spent the whole month of May at this property. We recently retired and this was our retirement gift to each other. The location offers a quiet relaxing experience, but you are still just minutes away from the Main Street shopping and entertainment district and close to beaches and the Shining Sea trail. The house offers a super nice kitchen with all the extras. The entire living area is comfortable, inviting, with many fabulous features. We all loved the outdoor shower! Easily accommodated 6 adults and our 2 year old grandson. We would go back to this property in a heartbeat! We rate it 5 star plus!

Great spot even in the offseason

COVID – 19 made us change our annual kid’s spring school vacation plans into a “staycation” (Only a 2-hour drive from our home on the seacoast of NH to this great spot on the cape.) We could leave right from the rental for some ideal seaside running routes and bike paths as well as a short walk to some great restaurants and shops. The upkeep of the house and amenities were top notch. (There were more board games for us and the kids than we could have ever imagined.) The owner of the home was one of the easiest VRBO owners that we have ever dealt with. I know the Cape well and during the high season Falmouth is perfectly situated to get the best of the region without the crazy traffic that other areas may have. Overall, a top-notch experience!
