Venez profiter de la belle Gatlinburg dans ce condo de 2 chambres joliment décorées. Le maßtre dispose d'une cheminée et d'un balcon privé. Il a également une grande salle de bains avec baignoire à remous, douche séparée et double vasque. La deuxiÚme chambre a une salle de bains et les portes donnant sur le balcon principal. Le salon est à aire ouverte avec cuisine, salle à manger et salon. Salon dispose d'un canapé-lit. L'emplacement est génial, prÚs du centre-ville mais toujours calme pour une belle soirée relaxante sur le pont. Un bel espace vert en face maintient le balcon privé et paisible.

Outstanding property and outstanding location. We stayed for 5 nights in October 2025. Our host was very responsive, quickly and patiently answering all our questions and making sure everything was satisfactory. This residence is within easy walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg which is a plus because parking there can be challenging and expensive! Very well equipped residence, tastefully furnished, with all the amenities we needed and more. We even got to watch two bears walking through the neighborhood from our balcony. We highly recommend this property and host. Thank you for a great stay.

The unit was fine but the elevator was not easy to find and the area around it smelled like mold and mildew. And a cart to carry your bags and groceries would be helpful. These issues are probably not within the unit owner’s control.

I am from Mississippi. I recently moved to Tennessee because I fell in love with the area. I recently purchased the condo so that we could stay downtown and not deal with parking or traffic. I looked at several condos and fell in love with this one due to location, layout and décor. I have a 4 year old son. We love taking advantage of all the fun thinks to do around Sevier County.

I love the layout, the large master bathroom and the fact you can walk to convention center and several different restaurants. No dealing with parking.
