Lakeshore Lodge - Recently updated lake house with contemporary decor and terrific water views. Conveniently located between both area baseball tournament parks and an easy drive to downtown Cooperstown and all this great area has to offer. Lakeshore Lodge is a perfect choice for a small group looking to have a mix between baseball and vacation.

The main level of this home has a totally renovated kitchen that is perfect for getting meals together for your small group. The kitchen leads into an open living and dining area with great views of the water and direct access to the upper deck overlooking the water. On the deck there are chairs for relaxing as well as an outdoor dining set and gas grill. On the main level, you will find a queen bedroom, a laundry area, and a full bath with shower.

Downstairs you will find more sleeping options, a playroom, and a 2nd full bath with a shower. A bedroom with 2 twin beds and a sliding barn door allows for privacy from the king-sleeping area. The king bed has a terrific water view, as well as direct access to the covered lower-level patio area. There is a playroom on the lower level with assorted board games, DVDs and a TV, as well as a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space.

The terraced lawn of Lakeshore Lodge overlooks the water and stairs leading down to the dock area, which is perfect for launching canoes and kayaks as well as well suited for fishing. Goodyear Lake has many species of fish, and your host provides fishing poles for your use. See how many different species you can catch during your stay. There are large and smallmouth bass, yellow perch, many different varieties of panfish, and even walleye. Good luck!

Your hosts provide 2 single kayaks and 1 tandem kayak for your paddling pleasure. Paddle up and down the channel and out into the lake to find the biggest bass.

*Please note: There is NO fire pit on the property. It may be shown in some older photos, as on Fall 2024 the fire pit was removed.

Perfect, restful lake lodge close to Cooperstown

Don’t hesitate to book this lodge on the lake. It was wonderful for our family to relax between games. Our other families were jealous this was our house for the week!

Relaxing stay

Lakeshore lodge is a quick and easy drive to All-Star Village. The house was cozy and offered beautiful lake views, making it a perfect spot to unwind after long days at a baseball tournament. The peaceful setting and comfortable amenities provided a great balance to the excitement of the games. It was a fantastic stay overall!

Very nice stay at the Lake

We had a wonderful time staying at Lakeshore Lodge with the family during our Cooperstown Baseball Tournament. The lakeside location was very nice, with a sitting area, dock, and fire pit. The location was about 15-20 minutes from All Star village and close to other attractions like the hall of fame and Omegang brewery.

A absolutely beautiful and relaxing home.

The property is so beautiful and relaxing. It was very clean and came supplied for everything needed. We enjoyed being on the lake kayaking in between baseball games. Would absolutely stay here again and definitely recommend booking the Lakeshore Lodge.

Fantastic rental

We had a great stay at Lakeshore Lodge. It was the perfect place to relax between baseball games. It has everything you need along with thoughtful touches that we appreciated. The kayaks are already in the water and ready to go and the fishing gear is easy to use. It really feels like a home and it was so nice to feel like we were on vacation even though we were also juggling baseball games.

Great Location and cozy home

The owners were right next door if we needed anything but didn't bother us either. The house was great, plenty of space, games, lake fun. Beautiful to sit on the porch with a coffee or take the kayaks out. Stocked well with essentials. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Best Cooperstown Stay!

The property was just as expected and more. Charming abode that is well furnished with newish appliances. The attention to detail was great even with charging ports at every bedside as well as fishing polls. Being lakeshore was a plus with access to 3 canoes and fishing from the dock. The home was also very clean and spacious with enough for clothes storage and luggage storage. It’s also close enough to Cooperstown if that’s your destination or the neighboring communities. I’d highly recommend staying here if you want to stay in the general area.

Safe and relaxing stay!

Came for my son’s, once in a lifetime, baseball ⚾️ experience at Cooperstown Dream Park. This place was like being back at home on the water. Wonderful time for us to relax, while my other kids enjoyed kayaking and fishing. A place like this was a must for us when coming to Cooperstown! We cooked, saved money, and enjoyed ourselves at the same time, between games.
