Love everything about this property. Very clean, accurately represented in the listing, communication could not have been easier or better. Host is very responsive to questions. We were able to park at the house and walk everywhere in this delightful town. Kitchen has everything needed. Beds are comfortable. Linens are comfortable and plentiful. I hope to stay here when I return to Ashland. Many thanks.

The property is very conveniently located. Walkable to everywhere downtown Ashland. The beds were very comfortable and the house was clean. However, there is effectively only one shower in the lower level small bathroom which made it challenging forour family of 6 to take showers. As previously noted by a different guest, the AC was noisy but effective. The hosts were very communicative and responsive to our questions. If you're lookingto be downtown this is a very good option. The deck is nice and creates a more expansivefeel extending the kitchen. NiceDishes, pots and pans and silverware.

This house is in an excellent location, very central. It is within short walking distance of every restaurant, theater, or shop we wanted to go to. The old house's wall air conditioners and standing fans were a little bit loud at times, but we felt glad that inside temperature was always comfortable, even in June. The house has a nice layout with comfortable furniture Our only negative was that there were ants and earwigs near the kitchen and bathroom downstairs. I recommend this place primarily for its great location.

We had a wonderful time. The four of us were in kindergarten together and now we’re 80 and we still get together once a year. We had a very restful visit going to brunch and then a play and then a wonderful dinner every day. We couldn’t have had a better time.

My family really enjoyed your home! They found the accommodations to be roomy, comfortable, and extremely clean. My sister in law is a restoration architect and was impressed by The historic nature of the property. The location took advantage of the downtown shops!

The location just off of downtown was perfect, and the house was perfect for us. Our host Alla was very easy to communicate with and made sure we had what we needed.We would search out this house again if we go back to Ashland for Shakespeare next year!

Beautiful house! Very charming but with all the modern conveniences we needed. The location was absolutely perfect, it was a long drive to Asland from where we live, but once we were there we didn’t have to get in the car once to get anywhere. Totally walkable to all the restaurants, shopping, OSF, and Lithia Park. Just a wonderful trip!

Perfect location

We do enjoyed our stay. This cottage is quaint and close to everything. The weather was quite warm and the AC units held up well. We'll book here again for our next stay!

Lovely little house, VERY conveniently located in Ashland. Beds are comfy and the communication was great. It is a very old house, so expect original wood floors. steep stairs, and small but very functional bathrooms. We'd stay there again! Great for our family -

Great location, comfy house!

Loved the location - perfect for walking to plays and into town. The house itself was clean and had comfortable furnishings, and the host was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again if we return with a similarly sized group of people.

Ashland Happy

The older Victorian home was a perfect fit for our stay. We loved the coziness. The best part was the location. Easy walks to town, theater, restaurants, and Lithia Park.

Great place for Girls Weekend near OSF

Great little cottage that is within an easy walking distance to the theaters and hiking. Though small, we all had our own comfortable beds. The bathroom with a shower is a bit tight on space but it was clean. Kitchen is well stocked and there is a nice picnic bench to sit on outside. I would come back again.

This home is the perfect jumping off point for the theater. The spaces and appliances are small, but it is well equipped with everything you could need and the owner/manager responds promptly to questions. Designated parking space, A/C blasting on a hot day, comfy beds. The most reasonable 3 bedroom rental I have found in Ashland!

There were 7 of us together for a “girls’ trip,” and this house was the perfect location.

Alla was quick to respond with our few questions. Good kitchen and comfortable “hang out” space. Recomment Smithfield restaurant down the alley and Mixx on the plaza for coffee and treats! This all worked out fine!

Thanks so much for bringing the "girls" here to stay! I've actually had some of my most fun "girls trips" at this home. The friends I invited with me from California always ask when we can call get together again in Ashland! Hopefully you enjoyed some of the games and puzzles as well as the cozy living room space for chatting and laughing and wine, of course!
