Pelican Isle 415 Cozy Beachfront Getaway

The AMAZING view of the ocean makes this the perfect place to relax and unwind at the beach! While you take a break from the sand, watch for dolphins from the 5th level balcony! Or take a dip in the beachfront seasonally heated community pool or get refreshed in the community hot tub. With a comfy king size bed in the bedroom, twin hall bunks, and a queen sofa bed, which has a comfortable 8” mattress in the living room, this condo is perfect for 6 guests. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and has all the kitchenware needed to prepare meals and dine in. There is also a kitchen hutch for all your pantry items. Cute dining area next to the kitchen.
This condo has 2 full baths (hall bathroom sports a roomy shower only while the bedroom has a tub/shower) and a full size washer and dryer. All you need to bring are your toiletry essentials, clothes and food.
If you prefer to dine out, you have several options on the island, or you can check out the choices in Fort Walton. Destin is only 9 miles to the East and has so many restaurants to choose from.
Of all the beaches we’ve stayed at this one is our favorite, and we hope it becomes yours too! Close enough to the hustle and bustle of Destin, and just far enough away to enjoy the quieter serenity of our beautiful beach and emerald gulf waters.

The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. We loved how close it was to the beach. The owners were quick to answer any questions we had. Check in and check out was super easy. The location is close to several restaurants and only a few minutes from Destin. We will definitely stay here again. If you’re looking for an awesome condo right on the beach, you need to check this one out!

This condo is amazing. Perfect for a small family or a couple wanting to get away. The view is great, kitchen has everything you’d need to cook. The walk to the beach was so short and we had chair service. I had a few questions for the owners before we went on vacation and they responded quickly, so personable too. We will be coming back!

Wonderful Stay

I’ve stayed in several different condos in the Destin Fort Walton area and this rental has been one of my absolute favorites! Great location directly on the beach with beautiful view on the balcony. It’s decorated so cute and smelled amazing! Lots of great restaurants close by some within walking distance. The owners were awesome and made everything so easy. I can’t wait to come back!

This place is the best! It is clean and feels like a home away from home. The owner communicates well, answers all my questions, and offers great recommendations for things to do since this is our first time staying on Okaloosa Island. The beach is pristine, and you have everything you need, including beach chairs and umbrellas. If you're traveling with children, they have a borrow bin with toys, and surfboards for kids. We had so much fun staying at this beautiful place. We highly recommend this place.

I can not recommend this hidden gem enough!! My family and I absolutely loved our stay here at pelican isle! The cleanliness and the views were absolutely un matched. We have stayed in Florida for several summers but this is the first condo that truly matched the description and pictures. I also can’t say enough good things about the host Richard & Pam! We are blown away by their hospitality!! Truly, very quick to respond to anything that we needed!! This place is a must stay

Okaloosa Island Getaway

Excellent property with breath taking ocean front views of the Gulf. Property is very clean and very nicely appointed complimenting a beach theme and felt very much like home. Two full size baths. Very nice kitchen with very clean newer stainless steel appliances, all the necessary cookware, utensils and dishes to enjoy a meal in. Sit up bar with granite countertops. Full home furnishings with couch, chair, etc. Perfect balcony with seating to enjoy the view or evening listening to the sounds of the Gulf. Daytime provides beach service with two lounge chairs and umbrella which helps to relax and take a break in the shade when not enjoying the Gulfs crystal clear waters. Does have a set of bunk beds if you need the extra bed space. Hosts are great and communicate very well and really make you feel very welcome to their property. This property is in a quieter area that allows you to really enjoy with out all the hustle and bustle. Destin is a short 10-15 miles away if you wish to explore. Couple great restaurants are very close by (walking distance-short drive) for some of the best seafood around. Will definitely return to this property without hesitation. Recommend this host and property.

Everything here was just as expected. The beach view from the balcony is perfect. The condo was clean. The location is perfect - away from it all but also very close to anything you'd want or need. The owners were very easy to communicate with and were very kind and responsive to our needs.

This condo was wonderful. The decor was clean and modern. The king bed was so comfortable. The hosts were great to work with. I’ve stayed at several different units in Pelican Isle (and other condos on FWB), but this one was my favorite! We’ll definitely be back!

We are Richard and Pamela B. from Northeast Mississippi and we have owned Pelican Isle 415 since December of 2018. We had vacationed all along the panhandle and Emerald Coast in Florida over the years. We fell in love with the vibe on Okaloosa Island and decided this was where we wanted to have a place on the beach to escape to when we could getaway. In November of 2023 we started managing our vacation home ourselves. We very much enjoy the interaction with our guests and hearing about their stays. Our hope is that every guest falls in love with our place and enjoys the area as much as we do. We would love to host your beach stay!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Pelican Isle is located on the quieter end of Okaloosa Island. We wanted a place to sit on the beach, breathe in the salty air, and watch dolphins play while the pelicans fly over. Also, the water is usually so beautiful and the sand is so white compared to the beaches West of Florida.

Our fourth floor/fifth level balcony is the perfect height to look out over the Gulf and take in it’s beauty. We love the unique patterns in the kitchen granite countertop and the hall bath’s quartz vanity top. We have a handy kitchen hutch to store all your pantry items. Lastly, we have a Reserved Covered Parking Space in the first floor garage.
