Wonderful and spacious home. Perfect for our group of six. We enjoyed the pool and dock, and we were able to cross the street for beach access. Would love to stay here again!

Misleading Listing and Uncomfortable Stay

The house itself is charming, but the mattresses were a huge disappointment—thin, worn out, and incredibly uncomfortable in every room. The pool is much smaller than it appears in the photos, and the den furniture was stained and dirty. The outdoor area by the pool was filthy when we arrived—we had to hose everything down ourselves, and even then, the furniture was rotting and in poor condition. Also, the listing is misleading about the pier—it’s not private, but shared with the house next door. Midway through our stay, that house had 11 cars and over 30 people, making it chaotic and far from relaxing.

8 people stayed at this property the week of thanksgiving.There were some issues with cleanliness and other things. The beds are so uncomfortable that some of us purchased mattress toppers. Upon stripping the beds to put them on, we discovered a large pee stain on one of the mattress covers and a blood stain and a pee stain on the other bed’s mattress cover. Some of our group walked in the house barefoot and ended up with black soles by the end of the day. The curtains in the bedrooms were thin, white, and gauzy which wouldn’t block any light, making it very difficult to sleep in. In the master bedroom there’s a glass door that goes out to the 3rd floor porch and it has no cover whatsoever, which lets in even more light plus there’s no privacy. The tvs in the bedrooms turned on, but when anyone went to log into any of the apps they received an error message. Only the tv in the living room worked. Two kayaks came with the house but neither was functional. When we tried to use one we discovered that the hull was full of water, meaning it had a leak, and its seat was broken. The other kayak was missing its seat completely so we ended up renting kayaks. The microwave worked but was so tiny and light that when opened it would slide across the counter.The sliding door to the shared bathroom would not stay closed. Outdoor furniture seemed worn out & cheap. Too for what you get. Would not stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was perfect! Paradise Beach Homes did a great job making sure we were taken care of. Never thought we would need a pool until we had one, the kids loved it. The home offered the privacy we were looking for and the living space we needed for two families. We've been traveling to Pensacola Beach from California for the past 27 years and only use Paradise Beach Homes, they do an amazing job! Make sure to check out Fort Pickens, The Naval Aviation Museum, Light House, and the sugar white beaches. Favorite restaurants - Peg Legs ( Grouper Nuggets ) all the food is amazing, Flounders, Grand Marlin, are all good choices on the beach. If you find yourself in downtown Pensacola make sure you try Four Seasons restaurant. If you like to cook stop by Joe Patti's Sea Food, they have it all!
