Avalon at Clearwater-Ground Floor Beach Getaway

Welcome to our beach getaway. This modern and newly renovated condo offers guests the home away from home feel, located on the 1st floor. Only minutes from Clearwater Beach and from local restaurants and shopping, this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is guaranteed to suit all needs.

The property is located in a gated condominium complex that has a heated swimming pool, barbecue area and a 24/7 exercise room. There is also convenient parking located steps away. The complex is approximately 25 minutes from Tampa International Airport and 15 minutes from St. Pete/Clearwater International Airport.

At 1100 sq ft, this spacious and modern unit provides accommodations for up to 6 people. The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed and the second bedroom is equipped with a queen bed. The open living room has 2 sleeper sofas that can accommodate guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. It has a microwave and a keurig coffee maker as well.
Laundry room is equipped with a front loader washer and dryer.
All towels, linens, pillows are provided.

Cable television and internet are also provided.

Perfect for our family of six. Great location only a short drive from the beach. The beach umbrella, chairs, and boards were a huge blessing. The pool was awesome. Rosemary got back to us very quickly when we had questions. Easy check-in and out process. We would definitely book again!

I think the only thing that we went without in the condo was aluminum foil and Saran wrap otherwise it was very well stocked. Not sure why the laundry room had kind of an odor it was very clean. What is great to have access to a swimming pool. Seem like there was plenty of parking. Would definitely recommend staying there.

Perfect place for your family to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Rosemary's condo. The place is well furnished with everything you may need. We greatly appreciated the snack basket, beach toys, beach umbrella, cooler and much more! The location is not far from the beach but I highly recommend getting a rental car to get around quickly.

We loved everything about this condo. It is beautiful and very clean. Had everything you need To feel like home. Our grandkids came over to stay a couple nights and Rosemary even had extra sheets and pillows for guest. It is close to the beach and shopping. Rosemary is a delight to work with. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent Family Destination

The property was great. Matched the listing exactly. It was the right size for us (we had 5 people). Everything you need is there, they had coolers, beach chairs, toys for kids, and even fishing rods. The pool was a great size and the kids loved it as an alternative to the beach. Also, the responses from the owner were very quick and efficient. Would definerly stay here again and recommend to our friends and family.

Perfect accommodations!

We love the Avalon and this first floor condo was perfect for us. Spacious, clean and well appointed. The kitchen was well equipped as was the closet packed full of folding chairs, beach umbrella and toys and pool noodles. Rosemary is a wonderful and responsive hostess.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Avalon condo. It was super clean and spacious. It was very conveniently located about 2 miles from the beach. The pool and fitness facility was very nice and there was ample parking. I would definitely rent this condo again and Rosemary was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Thank you so much Rosemary for the wonderful accommodations and yummy gift basket!

Rosemary's condo is everything you need for your beach vacation. Super convenient location short drives to Clearwater beach, HOneymoon Island, and Tampa. The condo is extremely clean and the pool was awesome to lounge at. It is extremely well equipped with everything you need, from beach gear to spices and cooking oils. She even left us a welcome basket with goodies. Super friendly and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!!!!

Rose Mary’s home away from home is just that. 2 BRs and Baths give plenty of privacy. We enjoyed coffee in the outside patio. Pool is very nice. Perfect location to everything. Communication with Rose Mary outstanding. Plus she left a box of goodies for us. Would highly recommend this Vrbo!!!

Couldn't be happier!

Working with Rosemary was a dream! We loved staying in her updated, spotless condo. There was a great pool area with nice restaurants within walking distance. What we most appreciated was the excellent communication between Rosemary and us. When we asked about possible renting, it was just after Helene and Milton hit the area. Rosemary was sincere and transparent about what we could expect about the damage. We will definitely be planning another stay!

Perfect accommodations

The unit was very clean and the kitchen was well appointed. We appreciated the welcome basket full of goodies when we arrived. Rosa Marie was a wonderful communicator and very accommodating to our family’s needs. This ground level property is perfect. There is easy access to parking and to the beautiful pool area. You will not be disappointed with this rental! It has everything a family could need!

Beautiful Clearwater condo

My husband and I spent 2 wonderful weeks at Rose Mary’s condo. The condo is beautifully decorated with spacious rooms and conveniently located on first floor. Rose Mary was wonderful to deal with before, during and after trip! She even arranged a surprise large basket full of goodies for our arrival. This was our fourth year renting at the Clearwater Avalon but Rose Mary’s condo will be the one that we will return to for all our future trips!

Complex was quiet. Great parking. Nice neighborhood. Good local restaurants! Our Host Rosemary was the best! Easy to work with and she was quick to respond. I screw up on my days of rental n Rosemary was able to accommodate us! She also had a Welcome basket filled with Goodie’s which was sweet! Her place was a perfect rental!

Felt like home!

This was our family’s first time in Clearwater FL. We absolutely loved it!!! The condo was beyond our expectations! It truly felt like we were at home! The unit was magnificently clean when we arrived and we were treated to the cutest little welcome basket! The host, Rosemary is absolutely the sweetest person, her attention to detail and generosity can’t be matched! The unit was equipped with beach/pool gear, towels etc

Home away from home at Avalon

Rosemary's condo was everything and more that is listed! Just bring your swim suits and grab some groceries at Publix right across the street! The beach is under 4 miles away! There are plenty of beach towels, beach toys, boogie boards, etc.! And even two LED lanterns for night time beach walks. The check in process was seamless and all keys/fabs were provided. The pool is so relaxing and a very short walk right around the corner from this building! Myself, my husband, and our two boys felt so comfortable for the almost 10 days we stayed! Rosemary was always easily available for any questions, and we would recommend this property to anyone! Definitely will visit again! ❀

Will stay here again

From the very start, Rosemary was super communicative, helpful, and welcoming. The location was perfect; 10 minute drive to Clearwater Beach but also far enough away to not get caught up in the traffic if you wanted to do something away from the beach. Only a half hour from the airport, and about 30-40 minutes (depending on traffic) from other Tampa activities like the aquarium, the zoo, etc. The home was perfect size for our family (2 adults, one small child) and gave us just enough space for my husband and I to spend time together after our son went to sleep. Everything was clean and the cabinets were well stocked with spices, condiments, etc. My favorite part was the semi enclosed patio, which allowed you to sit outside any time of day and either get sunshine or shade. The pool at the facility is a decent size and the water was super warm (important for parents of small children who love to swim). I will definitely be seeking out this property again if we decide to go vacation in this area.

Best Place Ever!

We loved our stay at the Avalon in Clearwater. Our rental was simply perfect, and we’ve already booked some additional days for next year. The condominium was extremely clean and very well decorated. We had everything we needed in the kitchen when we decided to cook at home. What was most impressive was the wide assortment of condiments and spices available for our use. The large, heated pool and lounging deck was enjoyed every day. There’s plenty of parking for guests so you can impress them with Rosemary’s condo and the Avalon. They do such a great job maintaining the landscape and walkways and there is also a large clubhouse that includes a workout area. The condo provided all recreational items (beach chairs, umbrella, large adult chairs for pool or beach, boogie boards, noodles, and rafts were more than we expected. And when we had had enough sun, we relaxed inside or on the patio and played cards, board games and read books (all included in the condo). I realize I’ve shared a lot about the condo and facility but the very best part of securing this VRBO rental was speaking with the owner Rosemary. She contacted us a few days prior to our arrival and we spoke a few times during our visit, not because we had problems, but she checked in a few times to ask if we had what we needed. She’s such a gracious host and even provided us with a welcome basket with lots of goodies on our arrival. As I stated earlier, we booked for next year and most probably for years to come!!!
