Our charming 2-bedroom house is located in a quiet tree lined family friendly neighborhood, 5 mins from LAX and a short drive to beaches, Sofi Stadium, and the Forum. It is perfect for sports fans, travelers, and families who want to be close to LA's attractions. The house features cozy rooms, a backyard oasis with a grill, and convenient proximity to the West Field Mall.

Make your way inside the charming family home using the easy keyless entry and you will be met with a bright, open space waiting for you to enjoy.

The comfortable couch in the living room converts into a queen size bed for sleeping an additional 2 guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and all the cookware and utensils you could need. There’s a fridge/freezer, an oven, a toaster, cooktop, a microwave and a coffee maker.

Enjoy your meals together at the dining table or at the outside patio area. There are 2 bedrooms with quality bed tops and linens and lots of space for your belongings.

This house is just as described and was perfect for our visit to our son and his family. It was a very convenient location to everything. The house was nicely supplied with caring touches. The neighborhood was great and the beds comfortable. Great communication with the host. We are hoping to stay again!

Beautiful house, it’s in a very nice neighborhood, perfect location for us. The host was very responsive. Wish it has a King size bed. Would definitely stay again.

The host was very responsive and the home was perfect for our visit to LA. Clean and comfortable. Close to Manhattan Beach which we really enjoyed. We found some great restaurants close to the house as well. 10 minutes to the airport and we never heard a plane. Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable home away from home

I would pick this house again and again

Very comfortable, very clean, great amount of space to spread out and relax in. A family of 6 stayed here comfortably for 4-5 days

Excellent House with Stocked Kitchen appliances

We really enjoyed this with my family of 4. The kitchen and patio were most enjoyable. The kitchen had plenty of cooking appliances and utensils as well as some condiments and cooking oils. The beds are a little soft for my taste so my sleeping was not excellent but was good. The host was on top of gettin items fixed or replaced and was kind to reimburse any laundry costs as the dryer was broken. She told me they were replacing it soon after we left. The outdoor space heater was replaced during our stay as it was broken. The nieghborhood is quiet, safe and close to the 405. We enjoyed the house thoroughly.

Great stay close to LAX

Thanks for a great stay. The owner checked in daily to see how things were going. For anyone flying in or out of LAX, the property is less than 5 minutes from the rental car center, could not be easier access. Also easy access to the 405. Despite the proximity to LAX we didn't really hear any airplane noise. The neighborhood is very quiet.

Wonderful Property

This home is located in a very nice quiet neighborhood, near LAX. The check in process is very easy and the property is very well kept. The host communicates well and has a very nice team to assist with any concerns. We were very comfortable and felt safe. We would definitely stay here again.

Close to Perfect

Everything was as close to perfect as you can get. The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated, beautifully landscaped, spacious, well appointed, and in a great quiet neighborhood. I was worried about noise at first being so close to LAX but there was NO aircraft noise at all!! Communication with the owner was timely and accurate. We really enjoyed the welcome goodies especially after a long, late flight from Florida. Thank you!! The patio and back yard are beautiful (full of rose bushes and fountains). The mattresses were AMAZINGLY comfortable!!! Best sleep I’ve had in a while!!! Also loved the nest thermostat and keyless entry on the front door. Wonderfully wide and long driveway that accommodated two cars easily. During our stay we had a few issues
the jetted tub didn’t work (but the superior choice of full sized bathing products and great water pressure in the shower more than made up for it), the patio heater didn’t work (would have enjoyed this since it was cold during our visit), the kitchen sink disposal didn’t work (no big deal), and there were no utensils to clean the grill (full tank of propane however! Would’ve been nice to grill but the great gas stove made up for it). The owner was very apologetic. Aside from those minor issues it was a great stay and we would DEFINITELY return. Thank you for a WONDERFUL stay!!!

Cute quiet neighborhood. Property is well kept and very clean. So many little extras to make your stay more comfortable, snacks, toiletries, drinks, ect
 the beds are super comfortable the water pressure is great. It smelled super clean. I wish I got to spend more time there!
