Escape to our modern and spacious 3-bedroom, 2 ensuite baths plus a main floor bathroom there is plenty of space for a large family or group, just a 5-minute drive from Crystal Beach. This home has everything you need for a worry-free vacation.
This property offers two dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor fire pits, a sunroom filled with natural light, high-speed Wi-Fi, two smart TVs, and much more.
Turn this Crystal Beach paradise into your cherished home away from home!
The space
Bedroom configurations are as follows:
Second Floor
Bedroom 1 â King bed with 3 piece ensuite (shower)
Bedroom 2 â King bed with 2 piece ensuite (powder room)
Bedroom 3 â Queen bed and twin bunks
Main Floor
Full Bath on Main Floor with Tub/Shower combination
You can find a wonderfully equipped kitchen with kitchen dining and appliances including a microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, toaster and coffee maker, outdoor propane grill.
We provide all linens and towels, cookware, dinnerware, two flat-screen Smart TV's with a variety of paid apps, and Bell Fibe internet.
Outside there is an adult and children's dining table on the deck plus a firepit area and plenty of yard space to bring your outdoor games.
Guest access
Only a hop, skip and a jump away from the Buffalo Canoe Club and Crystal Beach, this is a perfect vacation spot if you are looking to get away from it all.
This is a great location for boating, kayaking, and canoeing!
There is loads of space behind the cottage to store your equipment and boat launches are nearby.
Enjoy your morning coffee or play some cards on the large deck where you may even catch deer grazing in the backyard.
This is a great home if you are in between real estate transactions or here on work assignment and require furnished accommodation for a few months in the off-season. BBQ is offered seasonally from May through October.
This home is best enjoyed by traveling families and we do not make considerations for large group of young adults.
TOTAL Maximum Occupancy is 8 guests with a maximum of 6 adults.
Please note this home cannot accommodate more than 8 guests due to Town of Fort Erie rules in the approved rental license.

Other things to note
Upon confirming your booking, you will be emailed a rental agreement for review and signature. Highlights of the agreement include:
- The Town of Fort Erie Bi-Law requires the owner or operator shall maintain a register that contains the name and address of the Renter(s) and the names of any other Person or Persons who occupy the Premises overnight
- We respectfully ask that you treat our home with respect and consider it as your home away from home and remain considerate of the neighbours always.
- Our cottage is in a residential area and local bylaws require quiet between the hours of 11pm to 8am.
- The Renter whose name the reservation is made is responsible for the conduct of all those using or occupying the vacation property and/or its grounds throughout the duration of their stay.
- When you are not in the house and upon final departure, guests must close and lock all windows and doors. In addition, upon final departure, the Renter must ensure that all food and beverages are removed from the rental property including cabinets, refrigerators and freezers. Failure to remove these items may result in additional cleaning fees
- Renters are liable for all damages and/or loss to the rental property caused by them or as a result of their negligence or caused by or as a result of negligence by anyone permitted on the property during their stay.
- Smoking is not permitted inside
- Small, outdoor fires are permitted in the provided fire pit area seasonally (May - October)
- The propane BBQ is available for your use seasonally (May-October) and propane is provided. Please do not move the BBQ to another location on the property and please always double check to make sure it is turned off after every use. The Webber Charcoal Kettle is available seasonally and guests must provide their own charcoal.
- Please note that absolutely no other items other than bathroom tissue are to be flushed down the toilet. ANYTHING other than bathroom tissue should be placed in the garbage. Any misuse could result in plumbing issues and service calls or repairs will be charged back to the client.
