Welcome to Fins Up, a perfect vacation getaway. This 3-bedroom home in a quiet residential area is ideal for the family. It has a new pool cage and lanai, the private heated pool with outdoor dining and seating areas are perfect for your morning coffee or lounging in the pool.

Port Charlotte is located, close to shopping, dining and just 15 minutes from the Punta Gorda airport, 19 miles from the beaches on Manasota, and within 2 hours of the major cities such as Tampa, Orlando and Fort Meyers.
The space
This open floor plan, three-bedroom home with new pool cage and spacious covered lanai area, features multiple Roku TV's, high-speed internet, work area with Wi-Fi printer, fresh linens, and towels.

The three bedrooms include a master suite with queen bed, bathroom, walk-in closet and dresser. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, closet and dresser. The third bedroom has two twin beds a closet and dresser. All bedrooms have alarm clocks and lamps as well as ceiling fan - light units.

No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with a Smart Lock.

There is a propane gas grill for guest use included., Please see Rules.
Note: Basic cleaning of the grill is done. As we cannot anticipate the level of usage during each reservation, we request each guest assist in ensuring the grill is cleaned prior to and after their use.

Parking on-site. Please limit 2 cars per reservation. Please do not park on the lawn.
Guest access
Guests have private access to the whole house, except the cleaning supply closets in the garage area. The back yard is fenced in, and we are pet friendly with a customary additional fee.

We've provided many of the basics below to help make this vacation house a home. Whether you like to cook in the kitchen or bring food in, you'll find everything you need for up to 6 guests.

Traveling with a young child? A pack-n-play and a high-chair, are available for use.

Coffee bar with Keurig K-cup, pod and carafe Coffee Maker.

High-speed Internet included.

Smart TVs (Roku) 65” in the living room. 58” in each master bedroom and bedroom #2. Simply sign into your favorite streaming platforms to enjoy movies and shows! Multiple wireless phone chargers and USB ports are available throughout the home and Bluetooth speakers are available in the lanai area.

We do not provide daily housekeeping.

Since Port Charlotte municipal trash and recycling pick up is early Wednesday mornings, not on our regular turnover days. We ask all guests to put out the cans located to the right of the garage on Tuesday evening if there is trash or recycling in them. The two cans (recycling yellow lid, general trash green lid) go on either side of the driveway. One on one side one on the other no particular order. Once emptied please return to their locations next to the garage.

IMPORTANT THING TO NOTE: MAX occupancy at any time - 6 guests total - No Parties/Events permitted without owner approval prior.

This home is located in a very residential area and the neighbors are great! Seriously, we cannot stress enough the respect we have for our neighbors! Absolutely NO PARTIES or LOUD MUSIC are allowed at this home. This home is suitable for family and close friends who want to spend quality time together around the pool and the outdoor seating area.
