JOLIE maison entièrement meublée dans un endroit tropical idyllique pour une détente tranquille et toujours avec accès à tout ce que vous voulez pour des vacances parfaites. Grande pêche! Apportez votre bateau!  Ou tout simplement pêcher depuis le quai et observer les oiseaux. À seulement 15-20 minutes du port de Charlotte en bateau et entouré de superbes voies navigables de kayak. Matériel de pêche et deux kayaks de qualité disponibles pour les clients. Si vous aimez l'eau et les sports nautiques en plein air de toutes sortes, c'est l'endroit idéal pour vous. Et les couchers de soleil sont magnifiques dès la piscine!

Profitez de la tranquillité de notre maison récemment rénovée avec une grande piscine chauffée en cage, 3 chambres, (roi, reine, 2 lits jumeaux) et 2 salles de bain complètes.
Près de Punta Gorda, de Fisherman’s Wharf et de l’île préférée de Boca Grande en bateau ou en voiture. J'adore cet endroit car personne n'est directement en face de la maison sur le canal, ou de chaque côté de la maison, donc il y a beaucoup d'intimité!

Beautiful Place

Serene and beautiful environment!The home is well equipped with basic cooking and bbq needs, even with spices in the cabinet. Everything works great. It was clean and no water damage noted at all, I am allergic to a lot of things and had absolutely no issues with carpet in rooms. The master king bed is super comfortable. The waterway is excellent for any boater looking for a quick cruise to the harbor-it's 12-15 minutes into Charlotte Harbour. Great and quiet neighborhood. The host is very receptive and answers at a reasonable amount of time. Will definitely keep this place in mind any time we return to Port Charlotte..:))

Great property and loved the kayaks

The house was great, clean and well-kept. The location was very convenient and the fishing dock and the kayaks were a favorite with the family. Will stay here again if we get the chance. My nine-year-old son liked it so much he wanted us to buy the house!

Wonderful vacation spot!

The property had everything we needed to have fun! A heated pool, a hot tub, kayaks, and a canal and dock for our boat! Caught some nice fish from the dock, too! Very quiet neighborhood added to the peace!

Beautiful property, so quiet and peaceful.Good fishing right from the dock and easy bay access 10/15minutes away with a boat. We caught hundreds of fish in the area.Kids loved the pool. Wife and I enjoyed the hot tub.Location is excellent, 10 minutes by car to everyday shopping needs and to the bait shop.Listing is accurate and the host provided quick and efficient communication. A wonderful vacation to remember

We stayed for the month of February. Everything was ready for us with a few bonus items (a hot tub and a sunning deck). My family was very impressed with the view of the canal and the foliage across from us. We would love to come back next year.

We had a lovely 6 week stay here while we searched for our own home in Port Charlotte. The home was well equipped for all your needs and you couldn’t ask for a more serene and beautiful location. We throughly enjoyed the pool and lanai. Working with the home owner to extend our stay was easy and pleasant. I would recommend this home to anyone.

A Little Paradise

We spent most the month of March in this beautiful home. The house is even nicer than in the pictures. The master suite was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the large shower. We practically lived out by the pool. We had everything we needed for an amazing stay. Thanks to the wonderful owners for sharing thier beautiful home!

Nice Home - Beautiful Neighborhood

My husband & I spent the month of March here and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Location is very quiet but a short ride to anything you need. The heated pool is wonderful as is the master bedroom suite. The canal is wide, quiet and no development on the other side. We saw many fish jumping and alot of the native birds visited us often. Wonderful place to spend some time.

Family getaway

We picked Anga’s home as a place to escape to and we did just that! After a 24 hour drive we checked in no issues were able to unpack and relax. Her home was very inviting and clean. With beautiful pool canal views! Anga was very helpful and quick to respond when questions came up. She also gave us recommendations of where to go and what to see! We loved our stay and hope to be back some time soon!

Relaxing Christmas

Once the weather warmed up we enjoyed the nice size pool until then we used the hot tub. The view is very nice and the dock is great. Unfortunately our boat was not available to use this trip. My family used the kayaks to go watch the sunset over the canals. We would absolutely stay here again. The hosts were very nice and good communication.

Wonderful property with great access to Port Charlotte Harbor

We spent several weeks at this property and couldn’t be happier. The dock and boat lift were awesome. It allowed us to fish and explore the harbor and surrounding beaches, without the hassle of pulling a boat and trailer around everywhere. You can’t beat Cayo Costa. Pool was great to cool off after our adventures. From this property you can explore close to 20 different public beaches within a hours drive. Would definitely stay again. Thank you
