Everything was perfect. Off the beaten path but close to just about everything. Dana and her kids were extremely helpful. I would go out of my way to stay here again.

We arrived and the directions were easy to follow. The place is very cute and had everything we needed and more. Great Communication and if we are visiting the area again, we'll definitely look to reserve this hidden gem again!

Relaxing environment in the apartment and outside. Very clean, bed was comfortable. Liked that the host was attentive via texts, with Welcome message when we arrived, answer to our question was quick. Very quiet stay. Kitchen supplies were adequate for our stay, plus it was very thoughtful to have coffee and condiments available for our use. Would highly recommend this studio for your stay.

Kitchen has everything you needed. Washer and dryer in unit (didn’t use) host had cold water in fridge and chocolate on table. AC worked great (once i figured out the remote with help from host) nice and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of storage for clothes. Felt like I was back home in Connecticut.

Our return stay at this host's property was perfect for our needs. Settled in each night and watched some streamed TV. Comfy bed, nice step in shower. Decor is retro, including the new appliances. Heating/air system is quiet. Best part is waking up to the sound of the rooster, and later in the morning, the sheep.

This is the cutest place and its quiet. Real cozy with vintage charm from the fridge to the bathroom. I enjoyed staying here. The microwave is on a shelf a little to high for a shorty like me, but really a great place!

Beautiful quiet and relaxing!

Actually even prettier in person! Comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the yard and watching and listening to the animals. My dog was happy! Well located in quiet area but near Publix plaza. Very nice family. Roku, a/c, kitchenette bathroom, bed, etc all amenities were super. Would definitely enjoy staying again.

What a Wonderful Place to Stay!!

Off a secondary road, but just a short drive from the Florida Turnpike, is this nice apartment attached to the main house of the renter, that was quiet, secluded, and peaceful. The chickens and the roosters were delightful to hear, and you kind of thought you were on a farm. The apartment itself was reasonable pricing compared to the excessive rates charged by nearby hotel rooms near the Villages in February. The apartment was cozy and comfortable, with everything you needed to feel at home...frig, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer tower, heat pump for good indoor temperature control, and a flat screen TV with tons of stations available. The king-size bed was very comfortable, and the lighting fixtures lit up the room very nicely. We met the very friendly owners our first night there, and they made inquiries to make sure all our needs were met. My wife and I were visiting our kids and grandkids near the Villages, and it was an ideal place to stay in-between visits. I would definitely recommend it to anyone with two people staying there, and would definitely return if we need a place to stay on future Florida visits. Thank you Brian and Dana!!
