Have fun with the whole family at our stunning and recently renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo, located East End at the highly sought after gated property of Cowpet Bay West. This luxurious retreat comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and offers breathtaking views, stylish furnishings, and resort amentities including a pool, hot tub, beach, watersport rentals, and two restaurants on property.

Welcome to our stunning and recently renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo, located East End at the highly sought after gated property of Cowpet Bay West. This luxurious retreat comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and offers breathtaking views, stylish furnishings, and resort amentities.

Experience true comfort with central air conditioning, TV’s in every room, full-size washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests enjoy a pool pass that offers access to the beautiful pool & hot tub on property as well as tennis/pickle ball courts. The Elysian Beach is about a 5 min walk away from the condo. Complimentary beach chairs on the beach as well as a pool bar!

* Enjoy 2 Master Bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a cosy bunk room with two twin beds, and a living room with a queen sleeper sofa.

If you're looking to dine out, enjoy the convenience of two restaurants within the resort. Sangria's Beachside Bistro is now open for breakfast and lunch daily, offering delicious options to start your day. In the evening, indulge in mouthwatering seafood dishes at the highly recommended Caribbean Fish Market. On Sundays, treat yourself to a bottomless Mimosa or Bloody Mary at their Sunday brunch.

The central location of the condo allows for fast, easy access to the St. John Ferry Terminal, a variety beaches including the beautiful Sapphire Beach, Linquist Beach, The Ritz Carlton, and a variety of restaurants from casual to fine, and fantastic duty-free shopping!

Our host was super helpful in answering all our questions and providing detailed information throughout the booking process. Our accommodations and location were A-#1! Cowpet Bay was gorgeous and super convenient to get to Red Hook for shopping, food and ferry service to St. John. The beach and pool combination was perfect!

Excellent location in the east end, close to a lot of nice beaches, restaurants, and the ferry to St. John. Air conditioned, and in a gated area with a pool, beach, and access to some restaurants on site. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

We had the most wonderful stay in St Thomas! Our condo had the most beautiful view of the sunrise every morning! And to have basically our own private beach with plenty of shaded chairs made this our favorite beach vacation yet!!! The beds in the condo were especially comfortable, and the upgraded coffee machine and very large Brita were so nice to have. Having a cooler so we could pack picnic lunches and the few folding chairs simplified the logistics of our days out on one of the many beautiful beaches. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect! The view was stunning, the beds were very comfy and we made great memories! Learning to “stay to the left” when driving felt normal after a couple of days. The condo had everything for the beach and more. Two grocery stores are very close so we enjoyed breakfast at the condo staring at the view. The washer and dryer in the unit was a huge bonus! The proximity to the ferry made it easy to enjoy a couple of different days in St. John.

The condo was spacious, very nicely decorated, in a great location and had an absolutely amazing view. The kitchen was well stocked, comfortable bedding, plenty of towels. Everything we needed was there!!

This was an excellent stay for our group of six! The apartment was beautiful and had all the necessities. GREAT view of the harbor. The grounds were full of attractive and well-maintained flowering plants.Emily was very responsive to our questions and small requests. The beach, pool, and both on-site restaurants were great (especially the Caribbean Fish Market, h/t Aaron!)A few things to note:- the 3rd bedroom with bunk beds was quite small, only room for the bunks and a dresser, no closet. One person chose to sleep on the couch instead.- walking anywhere except the property grounds and the nearby Ritz and yacht club was not safe, as the main roads are steep and narrow with blind curves. To go anywhere else we had to call a taxi.- speaking of taxis, shout out to LeRoy! Also Desmond and Tony. They were all kind, helpful, and reliable. Use only licensed taxis; they charge a standard rate, which you can look up in advance.We would definitely stay here again!

The property was well-maintained, clean and had everything we could need. The extra beach equipment was so appreciated as was the washer and dryer. We sat on the balcony every day, multiple times a day and the view was stunning. The host was easy to contact and replied quickly. The location was perfect as it was a short drive to Redhook, the ferry terminal, and so many beaches. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location and view!

We loved our stay at Emily’s place. The condo was very clean and exactly as described. The beds were comfortable and she left a helpful book with wonderful tips for our stay. The view was the best! We loved sitting on the patio just enjoying it. The location near red hook was also great. Thank you so much! We will be back !

Great, quiet get away

Emily was fantastic to work with and was very fast in response! The condo was great for our family of 5. We easily fit; I think even though it says max of 6, it could easily fit 7 in the bedrooms, as we didn't end up using the daybed in one of the bedrooms. There was also a really comfy couch! The unit was very clean, and just as it appears in the listing. We were 5 minutes away from Red Hook where there were plenty of really good eateries (sushi, Italian, Mexican, fresh seafood, etc). It is about a 10 minute drive to the grocery store we used (Food Center). The beach was awesome, and we had access to the pool at Elysian. There was plenty of hot water and great water pressure for two showers to be going at once, along with the dishwasher and/or washing machine. There were also plenty of beach towels! We would definitely return! Thank you Emily!

Wonderful family spot!

Emily’s place was perfect for our family of 5. We have kids ages 9, 6, and 6. It’s clean, comfortable, and so convenient to everything! The beds were so comfortable. You can comfortably sleep 7 people here without a doubt. We didn’t end up needing all the beds! The laundry was a must for us as we planned to not pack a lot. Everything worked perfectly. The Elysian pool was so convenient for the days we just wanted to do something low key or if we needed to kill time inbetween adventures. The beach at the Elysian is easy but it’s not as great for adventuring as others close by. The restaurants at the resort were awesome - one perfect for a nice meal, the other great for easy and affordable fare. The proximity to Red Hook was the best. So easy to run over for whatever reason. We got our groceries from Moe’s. Emily’s communication was great. Thank you so much, Emily. We loved your spot. We would absolutely come back.

Hi, I'm Emily! I have been living in the U.S Virgin Islands now for a little over 8 years. It has become home, and I feel so lucky everyday to live here! An amazing community and the active lifestyle are some of the things that drew me here. I am a new mom, as well as manage our Airbnb properties!

We are slowly expanding our rental properties on island. Most of our properties are located at Sapphire Beach- one of my personal favorite beaches on the entire island of St. Thomas. We are also conveniently located about a 3-min drive to the St. John ferry. If you have done your research, you'll know what amazing beaches St. John has to offer (including the National Park).

We also have a a newly renovated condo at Cowpet Bay West (East End) that offers phenomenal views of St. John & Little St. James Islands and an awesome property with tennis/basketball courts and a swimming pool!

I'm always available for any questions or suggestions as to what to do! I have a great guidebook I am happy to send out to all of my guests!
