The host was extremely welcoming. The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. I don’t think the photos do the condo justice, it’s much nicer than depicted. And the condo is stocked with anything you could need. We took advantage of the beach chairs and snorkeling equipment. The condo is in a great location.

Our flight being delayed presented us with a hiccup at check in bc, but it was relatively easy. Some of the issue was my fault with not properly reading the instructions

The house is amazing!! Absolutely beautiful and the photos do not do justice. The ONLY issue was the sargasm seawood. It smells terrible outside . We had to do excursions away from the resort, due to the seaweed and smell. Not the fault of the property, but certainly impacts the stay.

St. Thomas Luxury

This was a REALLY nice place to stay. Huge bedrooms, huge patio, great kitchen. The Pineapple Village pool is very nice but you probably won't be in it because Coki beach is a lot of fun and a short walk.Owners were easy to communicate with. Would stay again without hesitation if returning to St. Thomas

Pineapple Village hideaway

Property looks like pictures and is very roomy. Each bedroom has an on suite and there’s a full size bath off the living room. It’s a great location within Margaritaville with pool and beach access (when there’s no seaweed). This home is beautiful, up to date and each bedroom has access to a patio if you like sitting out in the morning or evenings. Mark and Heidi thought of everything you have umbrellas, beach towels, extra bath towels, a love courtyard to sit outside, dishes and “surprise” items. My family and I would definitely stay here again when we return. Be sure to leave sign their guest book.

Beautiful

We had a wonderful time at Mark and Heidi’s home. The home was well equipped and beautifully decorated. The hosts were easy to communicate with and responsive. Our family of 5 was comfortable and we are grateful for the experience.

Amazing spring break getaway!

This property was everything we could ask for and more! Owners Mark and Heidi as well as property manager Carmen were very easy to work with and were responsive throughout our stay. The property had everything we needed and exceeded our expectations. The location was great with Margaritaville right there and a quick walk to Coki Beach. We would definitely stay again! Thank you for all you do to ensure your guests have the very best experience!

Wonderful Island Getaway

Highly recommend this property, stayed with our 3 teens, was debating a smaller on the ocean resort vs this, and so glad we chose this option. Heidi very communicative and quick to reply to questions. Was very flexible allowing us to drop our bags off early then went to eat at nearby Margaritaville. SUPER clean, updated with modern fixtures. Mattresses comfortable, good air conditioning, and plenty of hot water for family of 5. We cooked quite a bit-kitchen well stocked with dishes, spices, nicer grill than we have at home. Seemed even larger than in the photos. Pool clean and quiet, property well kept with tropical landscaping, feels super safe. Tip: for directions enter Margaritaville Resort-it's on this gated property. Spent 1 day at nearby/walkable Coki beach, gorgeous beach/water, get a more local feel/vibe here. Amazing snorkeling, do feel like you don't want to leave your bags unattended here. We had a car which is not needed but I recommend, we day tripped to several other amazing beaches. Swam with dolphins at Coral World Ocean Park -worth every penny! Also recommend someday charter boat-smaller snorkel boat/group, saw turtles, shipwreck, whale shark, sea urchins, plenty of fish and the guide gets in water to point out things wouldn't have seen otherwise. Ate at Margaritaville (just ok but convenient), nearby Sea and Sun (great) and Tarpons in Red Hook (amazing). Mo's Fresh Market 5 minute drive for groceries-well stocked. Highly recommend!

Can't Wait To Return

From the moment we landed in beautiful St. Thomas and picked up our rental car, our vacation was off to a great start. We arrived at the villa about two hours before check-in and decided to reach out to the owner to see if early check-in was possible. To our delight, they happily approved it at no extra charge and quickly coordinated with the villa manager, Carmen, who met us at the property.Finding the villa was a little tricky due to an unaccessible gate, but we soon realized that access was through the main entrance of Margaritaville Vacation Homes. Once we got in, Carmen gave us a warm welcome, walked us through the villa, and explained the do’s and don’ts to ensure a smooth stay. Simply put, the villa was amazing! Spacious, clean, and well-appointed, it felt like a true home away from home. The best part? Full access to all of Margaritaville’s amenities—pools, restaurants, and more—which made our stay even more enjoyable.One small issue we encountered was a few mosquitoes upon arrival, but we quickly handled it by purchasing a three-can Raid fogger from Pueblo for 23. We set them off before heading to Coki Point Beach, which was conveniently within walking distance behind the main pool. When we returned about four hours later, the issue was completely resolved. We cooked and enjoyed all of our meals both inside and outside the villa, undisturbed and at total peace. The entire experience was incredibly relaxing, and the 3-night stay felt way to short.

Overall - just ok

The first three days at the property were quite difficult. We couldn’t spend much time there because the power was out for nearly half the day, making it unbearably hot inside—and since the water system relied on electricity, that was out too. We were completely unprepared. My dad couldn’t charge his hearing aids, so communication was incredibly challenging. We also couldn’t charge our phones or access Wi-Fi to look up places to go. We didn’t have bottled water yet, and we couldn’t even shower before heading out.Trying to communicate with the property manager added to the frustration—calls were hard to hear, and if the connection dropped, we didn’t receive a follow-up call or even a text. We ended up spending significantly more money during those first three days just trying to stay comfortable elsewhere. It was far from the relaxing vacation we had envisioned.It would have been helpful if the listing mentioned that power outages were a possibility—even though we were told afterward that outages like this are uncommon. Still, it was disappointing that no compensation was offered for such a stressful start to our stay. I understand that the outage wasn’t the owner’s fault, but if I had guests at my own vacation home and something beyond anyone’s control disrupted their stay to this extent, I would certainly want to do something reasonable to make it right.Fortunately, the following few days—once the power stayed on—were everything we had hoped for.
