Step inside and you’ll instantly be welcomed by the modern yet cheerful living room. Cozy up on the plush sectional or kick your feet up in a swivel chair and ottoman. Need to get a little work done? No problem! Boot up your device on our spacious desk and connect to our 200mbps mesh wifi. The 60” Smart TV is capable of connecting to the streaming service of your choice.

Fall in love with our little bistro kitchen! The honed granite countertops, stunning modern backsplash, and charming floating shelves will make you feel like you are in a magazine. Our home boasts a fully stocked kitchen and stainless steel appliances to fulfill any chef’s dream. Whether you chug an entire pot of coffee in the morning (we don’t judge here) or are just a one-cup kind of guy/gal, our Keurig Duo Coffee Pot allows for either. Get the complete spa treatment in each of our two posh bathrooms. You’ll discover two full baths; a tub/shower combo upstairs and stand-alone shower downstairs. Take your pick of our three dreamy bedrooms! Downstairs is the serene and sweet blue room; upstairs is the luxe green primary suite and the boho bronze boudoir. All 3 bedrooms include luxury linens: brushed microfiber sheets, a fluffy duvet, and plush pillows that rest atop our popular, plush queen quilted memory foam mattresses (lots of compliments on these!). Each bedroom is also well-equipped with a dresser and nightstands with storage, 42” Smart TV, large mirror, and ceiling fan. Spacious closets welcome large wardrobes; unpack and stay awhile!

Step out of the backdoor and into our private outdoor oasis! The fenced-in backyard, lounge chairs, and patio lights will help you enjoy a cup of coffee (or two) on a quiet sunny morning or a glass of wine (or two or three) under the stars.

Y’all are in for a treat! Step out the front door and walk across to our lovely neighborhood pool. Lay out on one of the many chaise lounges or take a cool dip. No sign ins or wristbands needed; let yourself in and relax! (Pool is open seasonally)

Small driveway includes two free parking spaces for vehicles right outside the front door. Street parking is free and available as well. Valet not included ☹
