Three bedrooms with queen and twin beds. The Master Bedroom has a full bath including a walk-in shower. The second bathroom is in the hallway. Note the high ceiling living room, comfortable sofas and a smart tv with high speed internet. Lush green backyard with string lights to lounge with your coffee. A full kitchen with all your amenities provided. Pots, pans, silverware, glassware, Keurig (k-cups & tea available), a microwave, a refrigerator that offers fresh water and an ice cube dispenser, and a rice cooker, etc. All you need is the groceries of your choice. Cute house, plenty of space, clean. Very comfortable. Very quiet street which was important. The owner is extremely quick to respond. The owner does have control over the thermostat, but if you request a change in the temperature, it is immediately changed to your liking, which is very good. One of the times we reached out was almost 11 o’clock at night without any issues whatsoever. Definitely recommend. Close to USC and much better than staying in a hotel.

Needed a convenient and cozy place to stay for a week's trip to Ft Jackson for a Basic Training graduation, and this did not disappoint. Close (10 minutes or less) to anything you may possibly need: groceries, pharmacies. Liquor store, and all manner of downtown local restaurants. Only about 15-20 minutes from Ft Jackson, and less to the USC campus.House temp is kept very comfortable and the bed matresses are amazing. I'm very picky and cranky about nighttime sleeping conditions, and I slept like a dead man.Dogs are welcome, and a dog bed, water/food bowl, and several toys are provided (just fyi yard is not fenced so leash is a must). It was very cute.Some basic family games like jenga, uno, and playing cards were provided which was neat. The master bedroom has a small "business center" setup in it with desk and printer.Flavored coffee pods and sweeteners are provided along with a kuerig type coffee maker. Plenty of dishes and cookware is proviided along with plenty of fridge and cabinet space for our full weeks grocery trip. Neighborhood is very quiet. Seems like mostly older college kids renting the surrounding homes, and the house is about a block away from a playground/park. Light traffic and plenty of neighborhood roads made dogwalks safe.Host was very responsive and caring. Even checked in on us after the first night to ensure everything was going well.Don't know if we'll ever be in Columbia again, but would definitely rent again

Modern and accommodating, this place was everything we needed for our trip. It's tough to find a place that will let you have your dog without costing A FORTUNE but this place was reasonably priced and came complete with a bed and toys! Great kitchen, easy to find, everything was nice. The vaulted ceiling made the AC a bit of a struggle, but honestly Columbia is just ridiculously hot. The coffee and chocolate were wonderful, the towels soft. This place really did have everything we needed and the neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Full send!

Quick Columbia Visit

I stayed st this location for a family event. This house is on a quiet coldesac. I arrived Friday evening and checked out Sunday morning. This house was cleaned and it met my needs for the weekend. I would suggest it and the owner responds quick to messages via the app.

Visit to Ft Jackson for son's graduation

Nice quiet place. Clean with easy access. 20 minute ride to Ft Jackson. Close Uber ride to local restaurants and bars. The bed was so comfy. My bad hip didn't hurt at all. Would definitely stay here again. Communication with host was fast. 10 out of 10 for us.

Great stay in Columbia

My husband, teenager, and I spent a great weekend with our dog, Sally at this property. We loved the quiet neighborhood and the house had everything we needed. There was also a dog bed and dog toys! We enjoyed some of the local restaurants in the area as well. Comfortable beds and the kitchen was well equipped.

"An amazing stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host Joy was incredibly responsive and made sure we felt right at home. Nice Location

We stayed in this property for 2 nights and loved it so much that we tried to book again. However, the dates we needed weren’t available. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and just minutes from our destination. It’s a nice comfy home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, which is exactly what we needed.

All nestled under one roof. Enjoy the backyard and the greenery that surrounds the home. Take a walk on the nature park right outside the home and enjoy the tranquility and the occasional sound of the train chugging away at a distance. Its an experience you would want to come back to.
