Superb ground floor Pelican Bay 2br condo in the quiet, upscale community of Laurel Oaks, located close to the Community pool and hot tub and with full access to world class Pelican Bay amenities. 10% monthly discount !This prestige community is centrally located very near to the up-scale Waterside Shops with great shopping and dining. The ARTIS -Naples Philharmonic and the outstanding Mercato Shopping and Entertainment Center are also within easy proximity. Tastefully decorated 2BR/2BA includes split bedrooms layout, a recently refurnished spacious living room area ( with corner desk), a fully equipped kitchen with upgraded granite counter tops ( with bar stools ) and a totally separate dining area. The screened lanai houses leisure furniture for al fresco dining or relaxation and can be air conditioned as an option. The front entrance also provides an alternate screened porch/lanai. The master bedroom has a brand new king-sized bed and mattress and en suite bathroom with spacious walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and it’s own bathroom with combination tub/shower.. Wi-fi internet and flat screen TV’s are provided in the living room and the two bedrooms. Washer and dryer included, and reserved covered car port.
Laurel Oaks is a short bike ride or walk along Gulf Park Drive to the heart of Pelican Bay. This amenity rich community offers 3 miles of well-maintained white sand beaches. A tram system over scenic boardwalks transport riders through a stunning wildlife-filled preserve to North and South beach locations. Pelican Bay working vacation

The condo was well equipped with everything that we needed for our 6-week stay. I was able to work remotely in a comfortable setting and enjoyed all the amenities that Pelican Bay offered (Beach, Pool, bicycling etc.)

NOT WHAT WE EXPECTED!-Kitchen in need of deep clean. Pantry shelves not secured, rusted knives, disgusting cutting boards and silverware trays, too many unnecessary items taking up limited space.-Ice maker frozen. Two failed repair visits, finally purchased ice trays.-Dryer NOT venting outside. Fixed.- Air conditioner making sudden loud sounds. Failed repair. - Tub not draining water. Purchased DrainO 3 times. Homeowner gave me a more powerful cleaner for a temporary fix and a snake!! We left that….- AND, no buffer to noices from upstairs unit! UGH!….. Location to Naples, Naples Artis, and private beach; wonderful!

Great location - condo needs to upgrade furnishings

I love staying in Pelican Bay. I don't mind paying the extra money to stay there. This condo looked great in the pics and it was ok. But for the price, the mattress in the master bedroom, the couch and side chair all need to be upgraded. And, a few good knives in the kitchen would have been nice. the condo was well stocked and clean.
