Comfortable, clean, and a great location (1st floor bonus)

First time staying here. Complex was courteous, place was clean and roomy, and you can’t beat the location right on the blvd. Bonus was being on the 1st floor. Easy in and out.

Minnesota meets South Padre Island

We left below zero temperatures in MN and arrived to 73 degree temperatures on South Padre Island. We enjoyed our week relaxing in the sun, reading and sampling the wonderful seafood from the area. We met some fun guests at the pool and enjoyed listening to the adventures they were having on the island. Our condo was lovely! Well appointed and very clean. Our host communicated before our arrival to share ideas for great restaurants and fun activities. It was a great stay! I would def return and refer others to this great resort!

Fully stocked kitchen

The condo was just as pictured. Beautifully decorated. Clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dishes and glasses. Great selection of pots, pans, crockpot, pressure cooker, toaster, coffee pot. Large TV’s in every room. Comfortable beds. Ground level, which made it easy for the older ones in our group. The walk-out patio was a nice place to hang out with an ample amount of comfortable patio furniture. Our reason for the deduction on stars is that there was some construction going on right next to the patio with loud sawing and pounding. Not necessarily a deal breaker, but this wasn’t mentioned when we booked. Unfortunately, on our last night, there was a very loud party above us that went on past midnight.

The condo was clean. Kitchen well stocked with cooking equipment. Loved the big patio and the location right next to the pool! Super nice to be close to the pool with young kids making it easy to go in and out. Easy to get to the beach, too. Perfect size for 4 adults and 4 young kids.
