Everything was very clean upon arrival. The place had all the necessities from towels to cooking utensils and any kind of pan for any kind of cooking you want to do. So nice how close to the beach it is as well.

This was one of the best condos we have stayed at in SPI. This condo had 3 things that not all condos have on the island.1. Great water pressure2. HOT water for showers3. The AC was amazingThe only thing that would make it perfect would be a washer and dryer IN the unit but I know that's not always possible. We absolutely loved this condo! We'll be back!

Nice getaway

Enjoyed the stay, easy access to beach and eateries/bar. We loved how convenient it was to get in and out of the main road. The unit was perfect for couples and loved how peaceful it was night and in the morning. I would stay here again! Thank you.

South Padre Island

The room was clean and comfortable. The appliances are very nice and clean. It is very well insulated; you cannot hear any outside noise from the pool or the hotel next door. It is close to the beach access gate and the pool. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent Stay at SPI!!

We had an amazing time at Kabes’s place. The place is great, very clean and has everything you need. The communication was super easy and quick. The property’s location is fantastic, with private beach access, walking distance to the Sea Turtle Inc. and South padre Island Birding and Nature Center. This is definitely a great place to stay and we will be coming back for sure!

The condo was great and furnished with everything you need.

My family and I loved the condo. Fully furnished. Furniture abc bed was super comfortable. Located at the back of the property so it’s super close to the beach. As soon as you come down the stairs your right next to the pool. 5 stars and we’ll definitely be staying here again!!

A lovely weekend getaway!

This condo is beautiful, clean, and comfortable for a long or short term stay. We loved how close access to the beautiful beach was. The balcony was perfect for sitting and enjoying meals. The pool is also really nice and clean. Occasionally there was music coming from a nearby establishment outside and we were so impressed that we couldn't hear it at all inside the condo. Exceeded all our expectations and we will definitely be back!
