The villa has an open floor plan with 10-foot ceilings and opens out onto a private patio. The main bedroom has a king size bed, dresser, spacious closet and opens out through French doors to a private patio where you can enjoy the sounds of one of the 19 community fountains. The master bathroom has granite counter tops, a large soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower.

The living room is equipped with a queen sleeper sofa with a new memory foam mattress, love seat, gas fireplace, dining table with 6 chairs, ceiling fan, and access to the private patio.

The fully-equipped kitchen has granite counter tops, full-size appliances (oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal), cherry cabinets and pantry storage. The refrigerator has an ice maker and filtered water dispenser. The kitchen is complete with cookware, dinnerware, glassware, and utensils. A toaster, blender, drip coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker are also available. This unit also includes a stacked washer/dryer combo with provided laundry detergent. This is a pet friendly unit. One dog under 50lbs is allowed with a nightly pet fee and management approval.
