VRBO from h*ll

Flooded with waste water in the middle of the night (fecal matter) damaged my clothing and I had to get an emergency hotel during the work week. Traumatic and disappointing. Further, VRBO and the owner refused to refund me. Thank god I booked with Amex and they got my refund. Do not book this place it is literally dangerous

Great Communication!

Enjoyed staying here for our weekend getaway. Was a perfect place for my husband & I. Very comfortable & clean. Owner was great with communication & making sure we had everything we needed.

Few days in Naples

We had a very pleasant stay at this apartment. Communication with Alberto was always prompt and he was helpful with some local suggestions. It should be noted that there is a 2nd apartment/unit attached to this property but nothing is shared with the tenants. Just be aware you may bump into the other tenants. The bed was very comfortable but pillows weren't the greatest. Some extra towels such as hand towels, wash cloths, kitchen towels, etc. would have been very useful. The location is also far from any action. This was not an issue for us as we had a rental car but just something to be aware of. Overall we had a nice stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay once again!

Naples Christmas to New Years stay

Small appartment good for two of us about ten miles from down town and gulf beaches. We spent most our time exploring the many activities and sights and enjoying the outdoors and Floridaweatherwweather.

Everything was amazing during our stay. The owner was a great communicator and added some additional amenities during our stay. We cannot say enough positive things about our stay and the owner. Five stars plus!

Very nice little apartment. Clean & well appointed. Quiet neighborhood. I didnt realize the distance from restaurants and the beach, several miles, so that was a little inconvenient.

Very cute and quiet. Our two little yorkies loved their private yard. Very easy access to downtown.
